Poloniex will become great again!

Poloniex will always be among the best but I dont think it can beat the strategy on ground with new sets of exchange coming up and introducing .

Personally, Poloniex has to compete with current biggest exchanges, like Binance. For new-born exchanges, current and coming ones, I don't worry about them too much. Because most of young exchanges will end with failures, failed in lack of volume, or failed by ending with scam or dead ones. Young exchanges have their own disadvantages, especially security-related things. Well-known and old exchanges, like Poloniex have more experience and skills to secure their platforms than young ones. Moreover, young exchanges are more vulnerable to attacks, and have less ability to come back or compensate to their users when serious attacks or abusements occur on their platforms.

Poloniex was one of the top 20 exchanges when I joined crypto early 2017.
It faltered as the exchange was not able to scale, fund withdrawals having issues that time which resulted to endusers losing confidence.
They need to introduce promotions and other stuff like other exchanges are doing to be able to reclaim their standing.

Update:

On May 26, a sudden, severe price crash in the CLAM market caused a number of margin loans to default, resulting in a roughly 1800 BTC loss in the Poloniex BTC margin lending pool for non-US customers. Today, we recognized the generalized loss across lenders in the BTC margin lending pool. As a result, the principal of all active BTC loans as of 14:00 UTC today has been reduced by 16.202%. As a result of such changes:
- Four assests delisted from Poloniex Margin Trading: CLAM, MAID, BTS, and FCT. However, Poloniex team will follow coming changes of four coins, and might relist them in margin trading list later.
- Additional layers to protect margin traders, including disable margin tradings when necessary.
- New protections (integration of NICE/Actimize’s market surveillance), since 1st June.

Update on latest distribution of Stellar Inflation Rewards on Poloniex for their eligible users. With recently launched margin tradings on Binance, things become harder for Poloniex to become great again, and compete with Binance, that demonstrates that Binance has been very very responsive to hot trend of crypto, as well as never stop improving their platforms and bring more convenience to their users. The days of POLO was sweet when the going was just started back then but the new era exchanges are taking over from the old with a new techniques of utility and own blockchain which is driving fast the ecosystem of blockchain .

Perhaps this is the factor why poloniex not like years ago. Years ago, poloniex is big exchangers but now people looking and trust on binance as biggest exchangers. But i think Poloniex could be big exchangers again because poloniex have a good history

In the US. And US-based exchanges, I believe. The US has biggest economy in the world, and most of biggest companies are US-based. They are trustworthy, and have stable growths. In general, I believe when US law on crypto comes to nearly mature, US-based crypto exchanges will become great again. Poloniex, is one of US-based biggest exchanges, will become great again! All we need now is waiting for the finish of laws on crypto and cooling period in US, crypto exchanges in that nation will have better environment to grow.

It is Poloniex, not Poloneix. Please type its name correctly next time. I can not disagree with you that we don't need to see fake-volumed exchanges. Today, Poloniex has ranked at the 76th position on coinmarketcap's Exchange Ranking (based on adjusted volume), there. However, the position of Poloniex is 86th in Cryptocurrencies Exchange Ranking (based on Reported Volume). The statistics present the fact that Poloniex has fastly sliden over the top exchanges over last two years.

Poloniex is no doubt trusted exchange and have some good features like margin trading but i thing that is not good in my point of view that is no withdraw without KYC, there should be some limit of non verified members to withdraw but poloniex has very strict and kyc is must for withdrawing fund.

this is an exchange platform. I think it's natural that they ask for KYC for each of their members. as if you register for an account with the bank. You must provide several documents to become a member of the bank. don't feel made difficult for your KYC.

what is certain is that it all depends on how the team in managing their project includes poloniex. even most cryopto users also use their exchanges for trading. so it's no wonder that poloniex will be amazing again

i think i love the new graphics. there are lots of updates on there platform so far. they need to introduce a coin to support fees and maybe promote dividends. i have been trading with poloniex for over 2 years and it happen to be my first exchange.
