Can we get news regarding CAIx?
I mean it's nice to see that game plan is developing but CAI price is diving and it seems noone is interested about that.
Considering that there will be only 1.6 Mil CAIx reachable through CAI, price should skyrocketing but it seems that everyone is in hunt for CINNI.

POS will be the death of this coin. Keep it POW or come up with a better solution if you are serious in developing this coin.
2% premine of 28 million coins = 560000
Currently mined coins = 733628
560000/733628 = 76% premine if it were to go POS today.
At a conservative price of .0005 that is 280BTC
I'm sorry but I don't have confidence in someone burning 280 BTC because they said so.
I have been mining CAI since day 1 and this is shaking my confidence greatly.
If my math is wrong correct me please.

If you read the OP it says Clarification: the premine from CAI will be destroyed as we move into CAIx and reset to 2% of the total coin generated by the end of the transition period which we estimate to be 32k. |

I'm sorry but your answers are vague and not reassuring, Do you have a link to the Dev's official statements at all, or is this just IRC comments reiterated? I am not sure what's going on as I'm sure others are not either. Hence the price drop.

I have said before the move to CAIx will not include the premine. The devs will only get 32k CAIx that's it. We have spent over 16 BTC so far on the game development alone. The final numbers of amount of CAI moving to CAIx will be published tomorrow, anyone will be able to calculate this to exact number once we announce the exact dates. I am not worried about Market price, that we have no control of at the moment. When we move CAIx all our future projects will be community projects. The first app was to prove we are serious about what we announce and for that we spent the BTC ourselves. Now if you still have any concerns, please take our numbers we give tomorrow and bring out your calculators, and if anything seems suspicious to you feel free to ask, I will be here to answer. |

I've been reading this thread from the start and invested in CAI. Daily I've read post after post talking about what a great investment this would be, to "just wait! we'll be announcing things that will change crypto!". I've read how this team will be more innovative than any other. Then I started reading about how every.single.original.feature of the coin will be changed. But "just wait! this will be even better!". That CAI is gone, but "just wait! now there's CAIx!". And miners and investors should not worry, because CAIx will be even better!
Was the original design of this coin flawed? Is this new design somehow better? What benefit does this coin bring to crypto? What advances does it bring? To me, the team seems to be just running through every money making scheme imaginable as quickly as possible (with none of those schemes benefiting investors). I would like to know one - just one - good reason to even support this circus anymore.

So what you're telling me is that the 560000 CAI that was premined will be worthless along with all the CAI that I currently hold when everything moves to CAIx.
If the premine of CAI is worthless after the switch then so is all the CAI that I have now correct? The premined CAI are not some special coins that you can arbitrarily say are worthless without saying my CAI is worthless too is it? Do you have such a switch to make my coins keep their value and make the premine worthless at the same time?

WoW I do have respect for you DCgirl for what you do for UTC, but to come and troll like this, is a surprise to me. Although I do not like to deal with trolling I will address your concerns. We have always said this team will be here to implement changes when needed. Most of our work is done outside the client however when we feel the need to do a change that will secure and improve on our client we won't wait months to do it. Is the Client we have now flawed? launch was smooth all the pools working from day one, miners are not complaining, investors are not complaining. The only ones complaining are those who did not believe us and missed our message. What we are doing to crypto is beyond what any other team has done. And will prove that. Money making schemes that do not benefit the investors? did you even click on the chart for CAI? did we use the premine to compete with miners on the Market? Actually with the change we are doing we are destroying hundreds of BTC worth of premine. That is the greatest money making scheme that anyone came up with. After the game release we would have proven our project was not all talk but action, we decided to destroy the premine because we do not need to walk away with bags of BTC like other devs. If you have a business background you will know if we continue to hold the premine and keep the current client we will be holding 100's of BTC correct? yet you feel offended because we are destroying that? if we are scammers like you portray us, why not keep current client and sell our premine and walk away? nothing was forcing us to do it correct? But again with all due respect, please negate these facts with facts and do not resort to trolling on this thread unless you can list your facts. This Crircus will teach people how greed should not be the leading factor in crypto world, and soon you will see this scammer Stuhlman destroy a premine just to prove it. Keep an eye on this closely and if investors do not benefit by what I am doing then maybe I should apologize to them for not dumping the premine on them, because things are really getting twisted here. |

GER yes your coins will maintain value and premine will be worthless because it will not move to the new chain but your coins will. |
