One trick I found to be very useful is to just relax and control your breathing. You cannot fall asleep because your mind is occupied with thinking about anything while your heart rate is still high because you are thinking about things that make your anxious. So, just slow down and control your breathing because what this is going to do is slow down the heart rate and move you into a sleeping mode.
You are right when you sleep. The device controls the sympathetic and the heart rate is slow. So if we keep calm and reduce thinking, we will be able to sleep

Tried that. The problem is the more you try not to think of anything, the more your brain thinks about pretty much anything lol. There have veen times when i just laid in bed trying to close my mind against anything and then all these thoughts just randomly making themselves available. A warm bath and then warm milk works better for me. Or just get yourself drunk 😁

In my childhood days I use this strategy to sleep think like that sleep will starting to came from your legs and transfer to your feet then it will run through your whole body till the end you will definitely sleep.

I have a simple trick of going to you sleep suddenly and that is you need to be wake up and thinking about the wake up because our brain is all about giving the negative result about what we are thinking so if you want to you sleep you need to try wake up then it will definitely been giving a sleep for anyone.

You are probably too worried about something in particular that can't let you sleep deeply. Try to work out this worry with yourself during the day, in your mind or if you have someone to talk about, do this. Share your worries with someone.
Decrease the impact this worry causes in your life, try to minimize the influence it has over you, especially at night. Think that any problem, however hard and difficult it looks, it's not impossible to be solved. There is solution for everything in this life, with the exception of death.

If you are going to sleep don't think anything about what happen or anything. Just need you empty mind and relax so you can sleep very fast. You have insomia and you need expert to solve that problem but if you don't have money for that try to make a research and you will know what is the best way to prevent this things happens to you goodluck!

Before some days, I heard first time about Insomia and now i searched about it, i also have same situation, that i can't sleep when i go to bed, so my mind is start to thinking about in annoying things. But i start to search about it and little bit i feel better, but i think it takes time to completely overcome on it.

few suggestion keep the mobile and pc away from you,forget crypto for few days and go to gym and do some hardcore training there.
This is a good suggestion, but I can not give up my work in encryption because if I cut off one day, I will lose money. I found someone else to help me work.

Getting restless is one of the big mental issue but no need to worry about that,you have to find where you are not satisfied in your life and try to do it or just change your concentration from doing it then you will be good in few days or weeks.

I know that kind of feeling because sometimes I am like that especially when I have a problem and I really over think of that, it is really hard to sleep when you are thinking something that is not good and worrying at the same time, but maybe you can try to drink a cup of tea before going to sleep just to relax your mind. Chamomile or jasmine tea can help.

Nothing too complicated. Long walks in the fresh air, exhausting workouts in the gym and you will sleep like a baby. also yoga classes. It all helped me.

the best way to take sleep is before sleeping you need to hear some good song that can give good feel in your mind mostly you need to to hear melodious song then only the sleep will get into you and give good sleep and you feel better.

Because you are doing nothing physical i believe , because once your body got tired , your mind will come to sleep also and that is the demand .

Try to be more physical and prevent from taking a Nap so once the night comes you will sleep instantly.

Just Never believe in Counting sheep's because that will stay you awake for not finishing what you started  Grin

Try smoking marijuana before going to bed, it helps me a lot on days when I'm very nervous
Much better to take weeds and then drink alcohol , that would make you sleep more and faster .

but make sure you can carry the Impact.

First, we need a good sleeping environment, a comfortable bed, and a soundproof room. Then take a hot bath an hour before going to bed, listen to soothing music, do yoga, and meditate. Maintain a relaxed state.

Do not drink coffee or tea before going to bed, it will affect your sleep.
