Every day I go to bed to sleep but I can not sleep, I have to worry during the night.
I also remember all the annoying things when I decide to sleep.

I want to sleep deeply. I am tired of this situation
Are there any suggestions to skip this

If you are going to sleep don't think anything about what happen or anything. Just need you empty mind and relax so you can sleep very fast. You have insomia and you need expert to solve that problem but if you don't have money for that try to make a research and you will know what is the best way to prevent this things happens to you goodluck!

I would like you to try to make yourself busy and tired during day... i also used to have the same problem as you do. I think you are having an axiety disorder which has lead to insomnia ( sleep disorder)
But DO NOT
- Drink alcohol
- Take drugs
They will just worsen things.

Remedies
- Try out heavy exercises or gyming during day or evening hours such that your body feels tired by the time you go to rest. it can also help you avoid thinking alot.
- Try watching movies or some Tv programmes before you sleep so that your eyes can get exhausted before sleep
- Try reading some content before bed. You can easily catch sleep.
This is an opportunity to read about maybe bitcoin, or one of the Holy Books or other things that my interest you.
- Get friends you can trust to talk to, tell them what you are going through, it can ease out the psychological pain.

Trust me, with time... that psychological pain will be gone, you will get used to whatever problem it is or you may even get away around it.
If things are so bad, you can check out medical assistance.

You are not the only with sleep problems, the later you fall the sleep they worse it gets. I have massive sleep problems, they best way are to find a day where you don't have to go to work, where you just stay awake all night or not sleep more than 1 or 2-3 hours, next evening you will fall to sleep 8 to 10 in the evening, then wake up 3.;30 or 4:00 am, you will feel much better, and next night you will be able to sleep before 10 pm.
You also need to do regular fitness, if you have the time, find between 1 and 2 hours where you do some kind of work out. That works for me.

if you cant sleep,,,... stand up and do anything ..  " walk to the gas station, ..  liquer store whatever ..
if you had an bad mood and panic to  get pulled down  in that moment.   ..  watch some porn and jerkpff.
wanna sleep tight and bulletproof ? .. waste 7 days with jerking, liqeur store, bla bla, and stay awake.

shouldnt take so long, until you fall asleep after closing your eyes for few seconds

Don't use any devices like mobile few hours before you want to sleep.

Finish you dinner earlier.

You can try putting balm on your forehead as that usually works for me but since you experience it everyday, it's bettetr to visit a doctor and get medicines for anxiety or sleep disorders.

During the day I feel very upset. And when I decide to sleep I can not do that I open the computer or phone and surf Facebook or work in the forum. I can not skip that. I'll see a doctor for more reassurance. Or I will take medicine

Try to relax, maybe attend some yoga course or meditation.

You need to understand what's keeping you awake though. Maybe you are thinking too much and that really affects our nervous system. I don't know where you at, but here in my country we have over the counter meds that will help you sleep. However, it's better to consult your doctor first, at it may have adverse effect to you.

One secret I do is to exercise, but not too much, just enough to get your body and mind tired. If it doesn't work, I will take a couple glass of red wine, to help me relax and sleep.

I wouldnt recommend that. On a short term basis alcohol maybe helps to get tired but it will disturb or interfere the sleep though. In my opinion its more efficient to read a book or newspaper (with bright light).

I suspect that you are not doing any physical work to make your body tired and doing only surfing forum and other internet related things

Try to make you body busy for sure you will sleep at night after that

True, Is the anxiety what doesn't let you sleep, but there are some good solution for this.

1.- Do exercise until you get exhausted, that will make you sleep like a baby.
2.- Smoke pot before sleep, i know pot is illegal in some countries but USA has is as medicine just for scenarios like this. I'm not telling you to do it when you wake up and be wasted all day, just do it before sleep and that way you will have a nice sleep for sure.

Just curious with your situation and I have one question is this situation you really feel every night? If yes, you have to find a doctor to resolve your problem. Then I looked for ways to do a search on Google. and worse, I also took the drug Estazolam. But after I met my friend who is a doctor, he advised me to stop taking the drug and replace it with sports activities such as a gym or other sports activities.
Until now effective exercise to make our sleep patterns back healthy and I am also grateful that dependence on consuming my sleeping pills has also been lost. Regular exercise can also help improve sleep quality.

Don't eat too close to your sleeping time and avoid coffee or caffeinated drink before you sleep. Exercise during the day has a good effect for sleeping. But looks like you have anxiety problem, so maybe try to meditate or do some relaxing thing that works for you like reading a book. If it's too much, better to see a doctor.

Well, If you have insomnia that is curable and if you don't get sleepy when you are in bed just make sure go shower to refreshen your body and do not bring your phone or you can turn off your phone whenever you are in bed because it can make you just open it and your sleeping routine will be affected on it.

Were you just able to stop the sleeping pills cold turkey?
That's pretty good btw to replace pills with exercise!

Many things can be responsible for sleeplessness:
1. Stress - try and reduce your stressful activities
2. Emotional pain or stress - try and take your mind off many odd or unpalatable things you're thinking
3. Medical issues - if you are suffering from some illness, you might not sleep very well

You are right when you sleep. The device controls the sympathetic and the heart rate is slow. So if we keep calm and reduce thinking, we will be able to sleep

Tried that. The problem is the more you try not to think of anything, the more your brain thinks about pretty much anything lol. There have veen times when i just laid in bed trying to close my mind against anything and then all these thoughts just randomly making themselves available. A warm bath and then warm milk works better for me. Or just get yourself drunk 😁

I know that kind of feeling because sometimes I am like that especially when I have a problem and I really over think of that, it is really hard to sleep when you are thinking something that is not good and worrying at the same time, but maybe you can try to drink a cup of tea before going to sleep just to relax your mind. Chamomile or jasmine tea can help.

Nothing too complicated. Long walks in the fresh air, exhausting workouts in the gym and you will sleep like a baby. also yoga classes. It all helped me.

I have started to have sleeping problems recently that my doctor says is cause of stress.

She recommended to take Melatonin and I could not be much happier with how well I am able to sleep. 

If i take the Melatonin with a warm glass of milk and honey I have great sleep.  You can try this method and I think you will sleep better.

Have you tried listening to ASMR? For me it's great to fall asleep, I get tired very fast when listening to it. There are a lot of different people on youtube doing it right now. You could find a special type that works good for you. If you are not so much into it. I would recommend opening a window a few hours before you go to bed and get a lot of fresh air in the room. I like to sleep with an open window when it's not too cold outside. Fresh air is the best in my opinion.

I think you have anxiety. Best seek medical help for this. Or you can do some basic things before going to bed. I always try to tire myself everyday so that I can go to sleep easily when I get home. I sometimes just wants to sleep than eating dinner. Dont use your phone if you want to sleep. It will just distract you. Try doing yoga at least.

Just Never believe in Counting sheep's because that will stay you awake for not finishing what you started  Grin

Try smoking marijuana before going to bed, it helps me a lot on days when I'm very nervous
Much better to take weeds and then drink alcohol , that would make you sleep more and faster .

but make sure you can carry the Impact.

make sure your Body has enough Movement for a day so it will look for rest at nigth and sleeping is what our Body demands same as our mind.

The problem to those who has a sleeping problem are not physical person and the eating habit is also one that affects them.

Because if Our metabolism is not normal , then our sleep will not normal also.

Is this your Nightly problem ? or just sometime ?

Try to Enroll in fitness Gym and have instructor , find also Nutritionist that will provide you right Meals per day.

I'm sure this will all help to give you enough and good sleep daily.

Nope, a Sleeping pill is not the best solution because it can affect the mental health as well.So first it is important to find out what is the issue causing insomania. If it happens for now reason then he isn't doing any work at all and probably due to covid lockdwn.

also have a problem with my sleeping time... so if i dont wanna go for pills, i start drinking tea.. its not that effectiv but it def. helps me a little for a better sleep / work balance

It is also my problem sleeping is so hard for me,
There are times that I would feel sleepy but when I lay down to my bed I just couldn't do it,
I couldn't fall asleep and there are times that even when I close my eyes when I am sleepy I couldn't fall asleep.
I have some few guess about the problem I also got some great suggestion from this thread so I would try it out and see if those suggestion would work on me.

Every day I go to bed to sleep but I can not sleep, I have to worry during the night.
I also remember all the annoying things when I decide to sleep.

Try emptying your mind, get into a comfortable position, maybe drink milk or chamomile tea before going to bed or listen to relaxing music - but if there don't work try this > count sheeps and focus on just counting, make sure to really say it (with sound) "1 sheep, 2 sheep, 3 sheep, 4 sheep...) It actually helped my insomnia a lot.

Working physical activists whole day and doing physical work.
Does Activities and Work is the same for the whole day ? and doesn't it very tiring to whole day ?

Maybe 8 hours a day is enough i guess?

Gym is help me for deep sleep. Everyday i doing gym in my gym centre. It’s also fit my health.
We can exercise even there is no GYM so i think that's expenses only .

Before years I had the same problem. Every time I went to bed everything got into my head. Every night I was spending so many time in thinking for some stuff.
I started to watch cartoons before sleep. For me it helped. Even now when I go to bed I'm turning on my tabled to watch spider-man these days. When I finish with it I will start some other cartoon show. And BOOM suddenly there was worrying and thinking for bad things just relaxing and watching and I don't know when I'm already sleeping.

I sometimes have sleeping problems like this too. The most helpful thing for me is doing the activities that I like to do the most. For example, I watch a nice series/movie, play a video game that I like, go out for a drive etc. . These things really help me clear my mind and have a much better sleep.

A few tips from my experience if you can't sleep, try to do light exercise like push ups a few times until you feel tired enough. Then you can drink a glass of water and try to close your eyes feeling comfortable while sleeping.

I think if you're really having a hard time falling asleep try to do a little exercise in order to make your body a little tired. Additionally, if you can, try drinking a glass of milk to help you ease the mind of your burden. This method applies to all adolescents to adults.

OP it's about two years since you've posted but I don't think that you'll come back any time sooner. But for people of the forum who are experiencing the same problem as they sleep.

Don't think too much when you're about to sleep.

That will only trigger you to think about things that you shouldn't and will stop you from having a good sleep.

My technique is just to relax and only think about having a rest. I've been there and I know it's hard to deal with it even if you really want to sleep.
