Cause in that space there was too much scams and failed projects were working. Then suddenly in eraly 2019 the whole IEOs came. And it came with some great names like binance or kucoin or okex. So it's more trusted now. So people are again interested in investment which bcreat a great demands of new IEOs and that's why it generates huge amount of profits.

There are some projects that commenced private sale (before a planned ico) in 2018 and collected money from top investors back then. In 2019, these same projects decided to jump in on the ieo trend.
