What upgrade? Casper Protocol? I think if it was implemented, ethereum price would be more than $200 in the current market condition. It could be more after Bitcoin bullrun. The upgrade I think is better to be done after Bitcoin bullrun so that people will follow Bitcoin price first, and after that the developer can upgrade it and let people pump the price. It will be double advantages for Ethereum.

Let's set a higher price prediction since the upgrade is expected to boos the price of ETH. I believe $300 can be hit if the upgrade succeed and if the market becomes more stable. I think we will still follow the footstep of bitcoin and eth have no other way but to follow it. We expect for the price of the top coins to be on high note at the end of 2019, so $200 is easy for ETH to achieve.

The Constantinople and St. Petersburg network upgrade were implemented a few weeks ago, and the price didn't react to it. The next update is called "Serenity" (Ethereum 2.0) which will make ETH go Proof of Stake (PoS), but the ETH team haven't released an official date for this upgrade. We might see some price movements when Serenity is implemented since it's a bigger update than the other two, but I think the price will be way higher than $200 by the next update arrives.

It is not yet a bull run, and $200 target price of ethereum is a low price. I think it can reach by that price in just one month now. But i am curious about the ethereum after upgrade, i mean i dont know how is that. I hope there is a bull run within this year or next so that we can see how ethereum reach its peak price.

i think the next upgrade it was going to be ProgPoW that it supposed to  disable ASIC for mining purpose. But a lot of developer and influencer of the Ethereum network were against this proyect.  sincerely don know how it ended. If there was goin to be implemented at all. But last time i checked ethereum community was divided with that topic.

I am also confuse which or what upgrade is OP referring to. I don't think Ethereum's Team will do 2 upgrades within a year if everything went smoothly on the first update of this year. Also, $200 usd is just a few yards away from the current price of Ether right now so it's gonna hit very soon.

Is there another upgrade of ETH ? Just noticed from OP, can you add reference link? However, if there is upcoming upgrade then you can expect a bump before upgrade. But you should aware that there is huge chance of dump after upgrade. Do not expect too much. Because just few days back there was an upgrade.
