I don't think without some good news ETH can hit 200 USD. Actually, it depends on bitcoin movements. Bitcoin needs to hit at least 6K USD to cross 200 USD for Ethereum! Though I am not sure, but I read some article that crypto has a chance to boost up within June. And that time ETH can overcome 200 USD!

ETH has been performing really bad this year and i don't fully understand why. Maybe it is due to the fact that ICOs are no more interesting in the space and so the Ethereum rush has faded out. Ah well, this is crypto, and anything can happen especially when we enter a general bull run. I wouldn't ve surprised to see ETH go over $200 after the upgrade. ETH needs just some good news and the imminent one is the upgrade.
