I think it can

but however bitcoin is the peak altcoin that is very binding on the market and so influences every growth of the altcoin below it.

Possible, since the bitcoin already above $5,000 and above 50MA on daily time frame. As long as Bitcoin will still hold it's support, it's so easy for ethereum to reach above $200, it's plus fundamental on ethereum since the update. Check out the chart, for me, once the resistance (around $180) broke, it's so easily to reach $200.

More push to break that resistance, I'm already 5% on my position. Hoping that the price of bitcoin will become stable after breaking the $5,600 on Bitmex.  Still need more volume to push the ethereum to $200. Hoping it by next week if we will manage to break the resistance around $180 on Bitmex. Hold hold hold hold!
