He should be based on his win streak. It's unfortunate that he is an organization that doesn't really have a standard on who gets the next title fight. If he can finish or win impressively, that will increase his chances. If only Woodley was still the champ, he could have his title shot already.

The Carpenter! Well, 37 is not such a bad age and if he really wants to fight that bad then he knows what he's doing and let's not forget about Manny Pacquiao that is already 40 years old and still making a great debut in his every fight, they can still give the audience a great fight and just like everyone said age doesn't really matter if one got a strong will then I guess then can truly win just using it,

But again analysis would truly consider age as a limitation to a persons strength and a lot may not agree that even a 60 years old fighter can sure win if he is pretty focused about it, Well no one can surely predict what can truly happen.

That is a realistic possibility to make a 165 pound division and try to make Conor McGregor three weight division champion and Jorge Masvidal is a good pick, i know that uncle Dana is against the new division even though every fighter who is switching from 155 pounds to 170 pounds because they do not have any other option because of weight cutting needs a new division and it will be another stacked division if they open the 165 pound division as majority of the top fighters are in Lightweight and Welterweight division.

If not for acting like a dick all the time, Colby Covington is a really good fighter and i am sad he needs to act like that to get attention, it was a great fight against a veteran like Robbie Lawler and all of his past performances were equally impressive but all the attention he gets are from his stupid stuff and not for his fights, attempted 18 odd take down attempts and 10 take downs against Lawler and threw over 500 strikes   is impressive simply because you need a great gas tank to throw that much.

Colby definitely deserves a title fight. The trash talking is just his way of making sure he gets Dana's full attention and grant him the real title fight.

I admire Colby's stamina to give endless strikes to put Lawler against the cage and add takedown attempts, that was very effective. Honestly, I thought Lawler couldn't make the 5 rounds of competition because he is really struggling from the rear naked choke attempts by Colby om the early rounds. Good thing those are not so tight that's why he survuved .
