XRP is considered a unstable coin or a coin that price goes up and down regardless of the season, invest now or wait for more dump you'll probably will still gain profit in it as long as you have the patience. The most efficient way to is to have patience and wait for the right time to dump timing is all that is essential.

yes that's the right way for those who really have full trust and patience when market conditions are bad, for me personally if I am in an OP position and believe this of course I will buy it, but I don't like altcoin centralized, riskier other altcoins.

Instead of investing in XRP, why not try doing some research and invest in a more viable new coin whose price is still low.
As it is now, XRP can easily dump if care us not taken, because there are lots of controversies on it.

I dont understand the OP's Idea of buying a coin when one feels it will dump more before it rises, maybe we should wait and see this dump before we buy which is a case that is not peculiar to any altcoin now, I actually appreciate the consideration of value in bitcoin even when bitcoin is rising. I  dont think it might take over the 2nd position from ethereum this year again if it ever rises as predicted.
