If he is not satisfied with his salary, then there is no other way for him than to search for another job which will pay him more than his salary before. But that will be difficult if he doesn't have some skills or he is a multi-talent person because nowadays, the company searching for people who have a high specification to work in their company. Or he can build his own business and start to hard work to introduce his business to the public. With that, I think he can get more money from 2 sources.

Literally we are working too much to pay the debts of governments which is actually not a real debt which is man made by the banks and inflation.So the changes have to come from economical structure of government then only we can live our life or we are just going to survive here by working all the time.

It means we need to work harder and invest more to sustain our needs. You are right,even here in our country price of goods keep on increasing while the salary is still not enough for our needs specially if you are just a regular employee with a minimum rate of salary. I would say that depends from country to country. In developed countries with healthy economy  salaries follow the expenses and enable people decent living and they could still save from that money.
But like it's already said Bitcoin can help to improve your personal financial situation. Trading is one way if you can invest at least some part of your salary but that also brings the risk of losing so you might get in even worse situation. The minimum salary should change depending on the cost of living. Or if the government don't want to increase the wages, then they must subsidize the goods or provide more subsidies to lower the price of goods. Another thing about the government is instead of helping the working economy, they increase the taxes more while not increasing the wage. They are slowly killing their people.

How it will goes up if we are keep printing the money again and again?

We just in the same level for year,only money has been printed more so it causes inflation so it makes the price of everything goes up.

 I know money will be print if government will work on it and allow the people to live good life because in such expensive era with single source of earning it is not possible for poor people to live good life, I think all of us should have this opportunity to make money with crypto currency we can use it as an additional source of earning so it will help us fight this expensive era.

This is the saddening reality in every economy. The prices of commodities overtake the worker's compensation, rendering the worker always in negative position or deficit. This is maybe because wage hike are often irreversible.For instance, when prices go up during inflation, it goes down also during deflation, but this is not the case with salary. They cannot revert it whenever deflation, that's why companies are a bit cautios regarding this decision. Goods don't really go up like forever, they are times they will drop too. Salary is what never changes. Once you're hired it is on agreement and they are never going to change anything unless you yourself decides that it is time you get increase. Workers cab ask for increase if they feel like what they are being paid is not enough, that is possible and it happens everywhere. And I'd like to let you know what you said at the end is wrong.

There are doctors, engineers, professors and lots of them and these people work based on salary. So if everyone decides not to go do works like this then who is going to do them? Not totally true that salaries do not rise, they do but it is true that goods and commodities are far more higher it did rise and faster than salary did. This is the problem that not only one country experiences. Some countries may have 3x or 5x bigger than the salary you are earning which is tempting but yet, you haven’t asked about their cost of living, the taxes they pay, insurances, transportations, house rents and the basic necessities they are paying everyday. No matter how big the salary is, it always comes out to be small.

Well, it is upon the administration. It`s quiet unfair for the people who are loyal to their work. Imagine, 30 years of working in a company without any salary increase. It just state that the world is only for rich people. In society, you need to be clever so that you can gain a lot. Being an employer will not make us rich. That is the reality. We need to have more income resources and investments to support our financial needs and save lots of money.

talk about economy many think can affects the price of goods. lately the price of goods in some countries has soared high, the worst example is Venezuela, the currency is worthless because of inflation.
the fact is that workers' salaries rarely rise and the price of goods increases. even though in our country inflation impact  is still small and the price of goods is still affordable. this problem is the government duty make the price of goods is stable, and the worker's slaries get increased.

I think salaries still increase but it only increases at a negligible level when we see the value of goods rising too quickly, and although the government can through stabilizing the price of goods to control inflation but we should not wait for help from the government, their work process needs too much time. Instead of relying on them, I think people should work smarter and accumulate more knowledge, invest and create various sources of income, it will help us grow economically and not get too much influence when the currency is depreciated over time

That is right, even if we are government workers, that doesn’t still stop majority of us who are serious to meet up our needs from becoming a boss of our own, no successful business man will ever complain of salary not increasing because they control their income themselves, the harder they work, the harder they earn more to meet up with their daily needs and buy things salary cannot buy comfortably.

My country also have a lot of goods who are very high price but the sad with that is they will not increase salary so the salary of the individual who work for the business is not enough to buy their needs for their families. That's the paiful truth about most part of the world you know. We see prices of items going up but the salaries of government employees barely go up. It's good to establish your own business other than being eimployed by the government.
