Over the past 30 years, salary never goes up, I know because I saw the salary today is same as my first salary 30 years ago, I’m not disclosing my age, so don’t be too paranoia, but the price of everything goes up thru the roof, the only person who salary goes up are (ikr, salary must kept secret because it is case sensitive, don’t tell anyone else!), ok, enough rant! Try to tell your kids to work for a salary in the future, I think they could barely afford a piece of beard!!

End of story! Ciao!

This depends on where you live and how the economy is doing, but yes, in much of the Western world the cost of living has risen more sharply than the increase in wages. Also this has to do with the particular field a person is in. With quantitative easing or money printing, the cost of living is likely to rise in the developed world. Besides investing in bitcoin and gold, one way to combat the effect of inflation is to develop skills in a high-paying career.

Welcome to the real world, the price of everything that you use on a daily basis goes up but it cannot be said about the salary, the slowest rise you will see is the increment in your salary, generally if you look there is major changes in salary every 15 years in some countries where they set a base minimum salary, politics is the best option to choose now as they are the only people who has revised salary than the rest of the citizens in almost all the countries Cheesy .

if you want to end this kind of misery, then it's better to run your own business, of course, there is a lot of risks, but it's rewarding, you will have experienced on how to manage your business, even if you failed in your startups you can do better on your next try, and it will reward you 100 times than if you are going for an 8 to 5 job.

if we only rely on salaries, it will certainly be difficult to live life with increasing needs. therefore we must look for other sources of income. like me at the moment, still working as an employee and working on crypto, so that we cover each other's shortcomings

I think salary problem for the employee was the common circumstances most of the country. Even the price of goods here in my country are also expensive, were I am aching about the value of the commodities, but I do nothing but to follows. Then, first and foremost the only things we can do is I hope the higher position in the government will approve the salary increase.

It is the abnormalities we have in the economic this days and we have to change to a more equality economic like crypto to balance things out. Income is very low that means people are to embark on borrowing to meet up with the expense like purchasing of foods and clothing.

Although easier said than done, the best option is still running a business of your own and be a boss, here in our country if you are wage earner, you have to work long hours or do overtime to meet your needs, that is why people here are doing a lot of sidelines just to meet their needs.

It all depends on what country you live in. In many countries, wages also grow with inflation and people start living better than before. Of course, not all countries are experiencing positive changes, and it often happens that inflation is growing at a faster pace than wages. In Ukraine, for example, everything is happening this way over the last 10 years. This is typical of poor countries or countries with problems in the economy.

Precisely, if you can do it then it's better to push it harder to have your own business, things is much better if you can work out and have your
own way to make for a living, minimum wagers always find things really hard as the money that they've received out from their compensations
most of the time ain't enough to what they've needed, what else to those who needs to feeds a family.

sad but true, most financial systems works that way.making it more harder for normal people to fit in.the reason why i really want to save and just try to start up my bussiness.might be a start for a more easier and brighter future.im also tired of working and making my boss rich while at the end of the day i will just stay an employee and nothing else.well its up to us to decide and choose which path we want to go.and with hard work and patience im hoping i can build my own bussiness aswell.

Betwrong, you should be using the media salary and not the average if you want to make it fair.  CEO pay since that era has risen over %1000, those averages look better because of the high concentration of wealth at the top.

Globalization has brought tech jobs down in salary in countries like the United States.  Companies would rather just higher four people for the price of one from a cheaper country.

Just recently I watched this video, Marxism: Zizek/Peterson, where Peterson is saying that the notion that "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer" under caopitalism is actually false.

"The rich may be getting richer, but the poor are getting richer, too," Peterson said. "The poor are not getting poorer under capitalism; the poor are getting richer under capitalism."

And I believed him because I think it's hard not to notice the positive changes in the world during the past 150-200 years. And I mean the changes in the lives of the poor people, in the first place. For example, the number of smartphone users is over 2.5 billion people in 2019, and you are not that poor if you can afford a smartphone, right?

Another obvious improvement concerns undernourishment. Check out the diagram showing the number of famine victims since 1860s till today, from the link below

https://ourworldindata.org/uploads/2018/03/Famine-victims-since-1860s_March18.png

Taking into account that the world population is increasing, we can say that a significant improvement has been made since 1860s in this regard. And of course it's obvious that those who suffer the most from a famine are the poor people.

Can you please provide some statistical data which can prove the opposite?

it's true that in this sophisticated era we need to know crypto because why the economy is currently not good working in a factory alone won't be enough, we need to invest or get another side

Well its true sir, world work like that, and food and others the main needs will keep going up. I believe thats why we do teached to build our own businesses and i do think its hard and not something that can be done in one night. This is also the reasons why we need to learn to invest and to alocate our money into something good that can be fruitful, investments is a goo choices and cryptocurrency is one the best choices in my opinion.

Your only choice is to find a better paid job or start your own business. Only then you can expect a higher income, not before. The company you work for will probably never do it on their own. You think that's bad? Try hyperinflation. I went from 250 USD to 5 USD per month in the span of 10 years (til i left). Some people suicide, others flee. Have been looking at the jobs market, a full time job for analyst or IT related, goes from 25 to 50 USD a month, and that's considered a "high paid" salary now, utter garbage. Most people earn 10 or 15 USD a month at most in their full time jobs here.

A socialist will provide the "solution": order them to rise your wage. Simple minded "solution" that happens to produce the exact opposite effect: bankrupt those companies and add more people to unemployment, which shrinks the job "supply" and therefore lowers even more the offered wage.

A free market economy is not limited to goods, its also the working force. You are part of this market, and so are they. That's why you never stop looking for better jobs, or a chance to start your own business. They are not going to rise your wage, unless you have already secured a better paid job and show them, then they may or may not but either way you scale up.

Supply and demand plays a key. Is your job position in excess? Maybe you can work in something else. Don't wait for them.

Yeah for anything or to achieve anything we will have to work so hard as we know we can do anything using new technologies and our whole life can be safe in one side earning but it needs fully concentration, like if you invest in crypto currency you will get good income but will have to wait and put youth time.

Investing in cryptocurrency is really a good sideline if you are only a minimum wage earner because the salary you get from your own job cannot really cater to all your family needs so atleast there is crypto that will fill in your needs. It might take some time but the profit you'll get is really worth it and even exceeded the income you get from your own salary.

cannot be denied again as time goes on developments in this world are increasingly sophisticated so that makes all the prices of goods increase, with salary problems that never rise maybe it's from the problem of the company that you work there because every year every company will always raise salaries its employees.
I think nowadays young people are smart to work by looking for a salary that can change their future better and many young people who are starting to invest in crypto because they are aware that investing in crypto will be able to get decent savings for the future. ahead later.

It is fact that salary does not increase with the same pace as the prices of goods are increased, so the salaried person always complaining about lack of money to fulfil his daily needs. With Bitcoin and crypto trading, many salaried person are working part time to get some extra money through crypto currencies

I think yours is a special case that you need to take on to your employer if after working for 30 years and you did not get a raise, its either your company does not appreciate your loyalty or the company see's no reason to give you a raise. Price of goods go up yes we all agree with that but salary in general also goes up as in our country, there is a minimum wage law that companies need to follow and minimum wage law is being reviewed every year so minimum wage increases every year too.

The price of goods goes up automatically, but as for your salary you will have to ask for it, if you need an increase in salary and you think you deserve it. Hardly will you see any employer that is ready do an increase for you without you asking for it cause they will assume that you're okay with what you're being paid, so for that they wouldn't give you any increase in salary.

So if you know your worth and you know that the salary you're being paid is not worth it, then its up to you to talk about it with your boss or whoever you're meant to talk to about it. Another way your salary can be increased is through promotion and sometimes that means that you're getting double work than what you work before, and the increase after then might still not be worth it cause of the work that has been doubled up.
