Price of goods goes up, salary never goes up!!!

I don't like this kind of company or organization since they are not taking care of you. You see, my friend is working for some people I can't really tell what is his job but usually, he drives his boss to places he wants to be and he is getting paid. 10 years of his service and his salary is not changing, he's mad and changed his work. After that, his boss chased him and raised his salary though after some time he realizes he doesn't want to work there and leave his boss completely. I don't know but all I know is that we should all be working at the same rate they are paying us.

Long time ago I learned that waiting to be paid a good salary is most of the time a waste of time, if you really want to make money then you need to become your own boss, that is the only way, your boss has the incentive to pay you as little as possible so he can be more profitable, so he does not have any reason to offer good money to their employees and if the task at hand is not that difficult to perform he could always find a person that does the job for the money he is offering or for a even lower amount of money, so if you want to be successful you have no other option but to become independent.

Exactly.Do not wait for a salary increase.Instead,seize all the opportunities that will generate profits because they might not come again.Once you made it,you will no longer make a salary increase as a big deal because you already gain huge profits from other sources of income even if it means working  beyond your duty hours.

Inflation will never stop.  This is getting worse for developing countries.  Increasing inflation makes your opportunity decrease.  Gasoline increases, electricity increases but income will drip.  That's the fact that I have always faced and this is an important reason that I went into bitcoin as a speculator and sought opportunities for journeys with crypto.

Try to tell your kids to work for a salary in the future, I think they could barely afford a piece of beard!!

      I don't know what country you've belong but it's a sad story and I wonder why you'll  stay longer  on that company if you're not contented of your salary , but anyway it's done already and time was already passing by , so you should to overcome this reality because inflation rate hike is normal to every country which is difficult to control for the government side , so I suggest you to have business or any form of extra income just to compensate for your needs.

People are the reason of everything, we choose governments and we let them to order anything while we do their orders and then are unsatisfied. Problem is that if you won't work for 500$ (for example), there are a lot of demand of people who will work. So there is demand, there is supply. Supply won't satisfy demand but demand will always satisfu supply and in supply I mean these low paying jobs. Eh, a lot of things are going wrong.

In a system where inflation is high, there will always be disparities, the only way to fix a system of these is by changing the economic system and bringing a more stable system.

Many times it is not done from one day to the next, it is done taking into consideration systems such as those of the Dollar, Euro that represent stable economies, which have good support, whether in currency, gold, diamonds. There are several industries in which becoming an independent contractor is more profitable than being an employee, this is odd because a business should do everything to get the best employees it can and keep them happy so they do not leave to another company, but what happens is that those that have the skills can just refuse to accept the low pay those businesses offer and remain independent and get a better pay when their services are required, which show us once again that being an employee for life does not pay as well as being and independent contractor.
