I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading. Made 12 BTC profit last month

Difficult decision to really quit a regular job and fully focus on crypto trading. But I guess the OP has covered and already think many times before making the decision so kudos to you. I just wish that you make the right decision. Many take that route as well, but only few became successful. The first mistake you made is leaving your job.
Seriously dude,  you think you can make your livelyhood just by trading.
If i would you, i haven't done that shitty work.
Trading can be helpful as a passive income.
As in trading money is not confirmed. Sometimes you make profit, whereas sometimes you make loss.
So i am really disappointed by your decision.
Moreover as you  have asked the question,i will say this is not a good choice.

I understand your dissappointment, but in fact it was a weightened decision after years of practice.

I was hesitating and failing. Finally the experience won, and helped to get rid of maly limitations.

I tried it in 2018 but could not succeed, I am not purely into cypto trading, I do forex trading as well. Crypto market was very low in late 2018 and I could not do much trading in forex trading as well and that is the reason I had to join another job. I wish, you get success in your trading career.

My regrets about that happened. Hope you are doing good now. Probably, you did it too early (I needed more than 10 years to take that decision), anyway, being a part-time activity it also may bring lots of benefuts
I was in Forex for some time (a couple of years or so)  but find crypto and traditional markets to be my cup of tea.

Living your job to trade full time is not a big deal and what is important is that if you are able to be financially free since then. Trading cryptocurrencies though very risky, give you the opportunity to develop a mindset for freedom and I have a friend that came to my office this afternoon and he told me that " he is enjoying the benefits of been control of his time and money"
Trading is one of the skills that worth developing and if you are one of those people that do not have much of family responsibility? The best thing to do is to trade as this will make you richer in time than any jobs.

Trading crypto or trading forex you can do it while working in your real live. Because the income it will be same with someone who trade that use strategy per candle. I have done with it, actually I'm trader forex before I know cryptocurrency and it was 4 years ago. I trade as a day trader at that time and I succes to get consistent profit per month and at that time I tried to be a trader weakly and gretfully I can reach it so as I decided to look for a work that I can do it simultaneously. In 2017 I have accepted in a company as a Marketing and till now I still working and also I can trade in forex and cryptocurrency.

Indeed decisions must be calculated very well for future prospects for me that are very good and maybe you sacrifice other jobs to be able to stay focused in full-time trading so that this should not be wasted only from now on knowledge or all information must be correct it's better to increase your trading, it's very difficult to fight in the crypto room but if you have become smart at collecting revenue then you will succeed in the future, good luck to you.

It is a choice that you make and you are entitled to that choice because you have experience in trading and then switching to crypto trading only needs a little time to adjust it. No one forbids your choice and the important thing is that you have to be aware of every risk that will be obtained, but when everything works well then I don't think it's a problem and make the right decision for a better future for your life.

You probably got lucky when trading or you are really good at it. There will be times when you will be suffering some mega loss. What are you going to do then? To be honest, I think having a a full time job is best instead of completely depending on crypto trading. The full time job guarantees you a constant financial supply, where while trading there is a chance where you won't make anything and will suffer financially. Make crypto trading like a pass time thingy.

Well I think it's a good decision as long you know what you are doing and you still earn in trading its alright. Because some traders here is don't have job but still they got big profits by trading. It's still up to the person as long they know what they do and know the strategies everything is alright.

Depending on what your job was (hard / easy, low / high paying), it is hard to say that it is smart or not to quit with it. Regular job is in most cases provides some kind of permanent income on monthly basis, something that you can always rely on. On the other side crypto trading is always risky, one day can be very profitable, and next day you can lost all. There is also a risk of exchange is get hacked, but this is risk every trader must accept.

The inevitable trade-off with self-employment (like day trading) is you need to give up a steady paycheck and really force yourself to work, and save. I have a couple businesses and I trade for a good chunk of my income. I'd say it's very much worth the freedom and the opportunity to earn above and beyond what a regular job used to provide me. However, I'd also say many people don't have the discipline it takes to make self-employment work. For most people, it's easier just to have a job.....even if they hate it.

For anyone who does plan on quitting their day job to trade, make sure you've got a nice cushion in the bank first. 6 months to a year at least.....you don't want to be digging into your trading accounts to pay your day-to-day expenses.
