Great experience in trading has taught you to correctly understand the market movement and develop your strategy for profit, and of course you have enough patience and discipline, unlike many others who want to get everything at once)

first of all, congratz!

where did you learn trading? I'm somehow interested in it, but more for the fun part as i'm not looking for another job Smiley

Hello! Thanks
I was learning it unitially on my own.. Then got a job related to it, which boost my skills significantly. I do not stop learning, find it to be an endless stuff.
Are you trading for a long time already?

Tried it 2 years ago, lost 500$ in a month but it was fun. Now I'm thinking to drop another k into binance and try again.

Ah you had lots of fun man, how did it happen? What were you trading and how?
Good moment to start again, but with the fixed mistakes better I guess
This is nice. I mean you had been doing a job that you loved to do and this makes it pretty interesting to explore more and more in the field. I have been in gambling thing for the last few months and I have been pretty much enjoying because I had been doing my research in university on Gambling and economy and that was something that engendered to a deep interest in gambling.

That sounds at least interesting. Seems like you have already a solid base for successful trading. Are you planning to treat it as a pert-time job or sth like that?
I started that one day with gambling as well..

Glad to see a successful trader that quit their 9-5 job, I saw many people also quit their job on 2017 bull run but many got rekt because of 1 year bear market. Manage your money well so that you won't get rekt my friend.

Hey. I'm Mark. Shortly about myself: quit my major job to earn my way by trading and it exceeded my expectations. What I got from it that everything is possible, guys.

Here will be the deals I make, some of the stuff to continue the learning curve and anything I found interesting to share with you.
Disclaimer: None of this is financial advice, do your own research, share and earn.

[ 12 years in trading, 4 years in crypto trading ]

Here's one of them:

Each deal is a piece of art

Thanks for sharing your technical analysis and the reason why you quit a job with the community. Do you think technical analyse is enough for trading the crypto markets and is it ok to use painted charts for buying, selling BTC? Which financial markets did you trade before crypto markets?

Thank you. As for thy basis for the desicions to buy-sell, definitely, tech analysis is not enough. The overal market conditions matter, news, even rumors. It depends on the psychology a lot. That is why this thing is rather complex

Hey, any news? For how long already are you earning your living by trading?

For about a couple of months, was in a trip around Asia, now back to trades

Man, what you've posted looks genious
Personally I was absolutely dissappointed by trading and have no idea how to cover my losses
I cannot recommend anyone to quit the job

Nothing special, just years of practice
What happened? How huge are your losses and did you comply with risk and money management?

I got a margin call a couple of days I opened the deal. Everything was okay, I have 3 years of experience  in trading but that time the emotions took the control of me, leverage multiplied the losses. Now idk what happens, I'm afraid to open new positions and just have no desire to trade, I was like broken that time. I suffered losses before, but now cannot resist that

Yeah, that's all psychology. Looks like you had really serious losses.. Anyway, any loss should be analysed. Once I lost 6 BTC in a ome-minute deal, and since then I became really careful. What helped me psychologically is to decrease the further positions. And then to increase the position if the market is at my side. Sometimes martingale works.. But better on flat market and  definitely with big deposit. Te requires lots of attention, so be careful
Good luck!

Thank you!
May I write you on my case in pm? I'm really in complicated situation

12btc? Wow, that was quite a lot. Pretty sure you invested much that's why you profited that amount and you also have a pretty good skill. That must be time consuming and I can imagine the effort you gave on it since you are now a full-time trader. I know skillful traders can earn but honestly I really don't have an idea on how much they can potentially earn. Your earning exceeded my expectation.

Maybe OP earned more than what he or she earned before the resigned from the formal job, but the truth must be said that, the current situation with the price of cryptocurrency now, it will take a good trader to make a reasonable profit at this time. Categorically, i wouldn't encourage OP to focus or channel all his energy on this, as making a living will be more harder than he/she thought.
To quit your good job does not make sense because when you have more than one source then output of your efforts shines. It is super cool when you are not earning good money in your daily job and you quit it for something else. You can have a better future in businesses like crypto trading and its investment regardless of any specific coin, you can also invest in projects especially the newly launched.

Thank you for the comment. I cannot agree with you. The thing is that a full-time trader is the same job which requires lots of efforts. Personally I treat it like my own business. In the same manner, you spend your time working. It can be the analysis of the price charts or your own stats. Making up some algos and adjusting the strategy. This way, when you trade full time you have no distractions. You are focused on your trading aims and, therefore, getting more result.
I am not against trading part time, it is a good option, but in some cases going full-time means multiplying your profits.

Hello. I was starting from small steps and silly mistaked. I had no detailed plan for some time and suffered losses. What you see is the result of years. What did happen? Why did you lose  so much?
I suggest you not to trade for a while for sure.

Hello. I was starting from small steps and silly mistaked. I had no detailed plan for some time and suffered losses. What you see is the result of years. What did happen? Why did you lose  so much?
I suggest you not to trade for a while for sure.

I already stopped.. I lost almost EVERYTHING… All my crypto and fiat funds… I was always believing in crypto and was buying ETH and BTC at the bottoms and the price was increasing. Even when the bear market reduced the value of my portfolio I didn’t give up.

Then the story was quite pleasant, with the market recovery I was actively speculating and increased my deposit from 0.02 BTC to 0.2. I was really euphoric. That was the time of my graduation and I was thinking to cover my tuition fees by my profits in crypto. I has trading for hours. The feeling of happiness came to me so quickly. And in the same mode it gone…

That time I dot known with leverages. Started trading at Bitmex (I see your screens are exactly from there).
So, I was confident in my strategy. I earned some more money and started my margin trading. That was a mistake. I did everything as before, but with one unexpected market movement I lost everything. Then started a revenge trading. And one more mistake followed. Willing to get back my money I used the ones I was saving for years… What I got is margin call and the one more margin call. The last money was lost tonight… What is left for now is zero. Zero deposit and zero desire. Seems like it is the end of my crypto trader career. Overall, I lost 1.6 BTC, which is probably  not a lot for you… But for me it is everything since I have just graduated. I feel really suppressed  writing it and sometimes I feel like I’d better have killed myself… I don’t know what to do.

12 BTC profit for the last month? You must be a whale or something that's why you are earning that kind of amount. That's about $90k and that's so big for a monthly salary. If you could get amount like that every month especially when the market is like this stable, job isn't needed anymore.

Some analysis for the current BTC price.

the right choice for you if you get 12 btc profit is very big and you can continue to increase that profit. if your choice is trading, I think you can continue to improve your knowledge and trading skills better, so that profits can be greater

it can happen if he has the right predictions, and uses enough money in trading. well that is the advantage of a trader. it's just that we don't know whether this will continue to happen. but 12 btc is really a lot of money for me.

Yes wit small care we can get save yourself from getting lose, there is not something very difficult but only have to avoid every site to Invest your money, in market there are many people who will be there to take advantage of your unawareness and carelessness so be very careful and choose good website, don’t bring any emotions and physiological problems in your way to earn.
