Of couse that IEOs could turn out to a scam. There is no warranty that this can´t happen. But you can reduce the risk by choosing only IEOs on reputable exchanges - Bittrex and Binance.

Imagine fraudsters who conspire with a cryptocurrency exchange. And that they will steal $ 100,000,000 and then you yourself will figure out the credibility of authority. No one can give us guarantees of success. Keep this in mind when choosing a project and you should not believe the picture.

Most trusted IEO right now is binance, the other exchange not yet able to convince me that the sale works well or just manipulation ..thats why bnb coin is really looking have a bright future
Binance launchpad still gathering larger amount investors trust, with how CZ promotes the platform and how great the outcome results, most investors
are trying to take part and take a piece of chances to get tokens while still in the process of IEO's, with how good the team behind Binance  it's simply overpower those small exchange who also offering the same investment opportunities.

Would Binance tarinsh their reputation for just $100 million?  Have you seen BNB's marketcap, It's fucking $4.5 Billion. They are making so much more money out of their IEOs pump and dump and so are a lucky few. Small exchanges IEOs are questionable though.

absolutely right, I myself now only trust the IEO done by binance, because we all have seen a number of projects that actually have good sales there. but the IEO was exchanged for another, I was still in doubt, and there is still a possibility that the scam will still exist even though they carry the IEO label.

Exactly, some investors just like hype and therefore when a IEO is hyped irrespective of the exchange they will invest then later complain. The exchange promoting any IEO matters, as you stated major exchanges can't allow their users to be dealt with so they will try their best to safeguard them and this is what matters.
Also, a successful IEO can still be fail to succeed in the long run could be as a result of inefficient team.

As an investor, i cannot participate in IEO conducted by small and new exchanges. The main reason why IEOs are preferred to ICOs is because they are more prone to scam than ICOs, and this is because the exchange validates its legality with their reputation. Imagine Binance or any top exchange conducting a scam project, it will jeopardize their integrity, and these exchanges do not want their integrity in question, so they only offer legit and promising projects IEO. New exchanges do not have the reputation to validate a project, they are just after the profit, SO they might promote a scam project either intentionally or unintentionally.
Even if a big exchange promoting a new crypto projects they are not in control of it the sale ends so how they can be responsible if that project turns into a scam.

Remember they are promoting it so investing on it needs to be based on your risk not on the exchange's reputation.

You are absolutely right! That's why I only prefer potential exchange's IEO. I have no intention to spread negativity but personally, I try to avoid Latoken, Exmarkets, Bitforex, IDAX conducted IEO! Because these exchanges have a negative vibe and I couldn't see any big successful IEO from there! So, their IEO can be a scam anytime!

Yes, I agree with you. Some days ago, Faireum IEO was held in p2pb2b exchange. Within 3 hours the exchange declared the FAIRC IEO is finished! Later then, the Faireum team released an article about the false raise! P2pb2b is the worst exchange I have ever seen! So, it is possible to scam people in IEO! That's why people should be encouraged, strong and faithfully!

When this was proven, later the parties from the exchange were clearly responsible for this because they had harmed many people. due to his mistake in selecting a project. consequently there will be a decrease in interest from the community

I do not think so, only small and unpopular exchange exchange to announce the sale of IEO. As for Binance, they have been stolen by hackers 7000BTC but they can still handle them. So why do you think that with projects that raise a few million dollars, why does Biance do that?

Yes. They can easily be manipulated by means of exchange itself purchasing huge amount of the entire supply of the coin and hyping it up
then sold it directly if the price do tends up to rise more than on the initial price. The only thing that do differs this thing to ICO is that these IEO tokens
is already on exchangers.

Till now I haven't heard or read in the news about IEO's that turned out to be a scam. So far majority of IEO's are legit and some of them are not raising enough money. Still Binance launchedpad is still the most reliable IEO's and investors are have high trust in the projects listed in Binance.

Exactly! Gaining reputation would take years and years to build but it would take only one mistake to ruin it all.
So I believe, BNB is doing their safety precautions with the projects that they are including in their launchpad.
However, it is not a guarantee that a certain token will always rise. But to research that the authenticity of the project is their responsibility.

No doubt that these small and new exchanges will try their luck in IEOs.
But honestly, their integrity is very questionable.
The possibility of scamming potential investors under substandard exchanges is very high.
So take precautions on investing your money with this kind of exchange.

Its true that some IEOs can turn out to be scam. Some small and unknown exchanges are at play now and they are used as the tool to scam people. These exchanges are exchanges that are not recognized locally or globally. Therefore as an IEO investor, one must be very careful of the exchanges where to take part in IEO. The solution to this is not taking part in IEOs by unknown exchanges.

IEO investment are not always trustworthy, n number of exchanges are available in the market now. Those all exchanges are launching the token with the name of IEO. Those small exchanges are listing the tokens for cheap price already.
As like that they never stand with the same craze over the IEO. May be 1 year then again ICO will be the option for us.

Some projects are not trustworthy, they hides under an IEO launch to lure investors. Why most investors prefers to invest in binance launchpad,  its strict but it's guaranteed to get your investment valued.

I agree with your points and that's the way it is. IEOs has proven to an extent to be better than ICOs.
Irrespective of the fact that IEOs are trending now, but with time and if care is not taken scammers will start coming up, thus the importance of going for IEOs in trusted exchanges. We should try our best not to give scammers chances again.

When IEO turns out scam we can put the blame on the exchanges to bring ul the IEO into the surface and they are the one responsible to inspect the IEO, I mean the IEO must have rewarded some portion to the exchanges and that does make sense for the exchanges to be responsible.

New exchanges do not have the reputation to validate a project, they are just after the profit, SO they might promote a scam project either intentionally or unintentionally.

But even Binance has been forced to delist coins whose developers dropped the project or ceased to be interesting for investors, which means that even the support of a highly prestigious exchange is not an infallible guarantee that this or that project will have great success in the long term, that is why it does not matter who endorses or sponsors an IEO, we should always be aware that the possibilities of suffering losses are inherent to this type of investment, so even when investing in Binance only we must invest the capital that we can afford to lose.

As the name goes, Initial Exchange Offering, that is to say the exchange in question plays a vital role and as such must be trusted. The truth is a reputable exchange will always try to retain its integrity and reputation thereby will put extra measures to ensure its users are not victims of scam.
