Health is very important and should be given the top priority by anyone who is looking for a good, happy and fulfilling life. That is why, aside from good diet, many people are also taking food supplements making sure that their bodies got enough nutrients like vitamins, minerals, enzymes, probiotic, antioxidants and others in our daily fight against aging and diseases.

 I am taking fish oil, garlic oil, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, spirulina and sometimes tumeric capsules. At the moment, there are so many choices for us available and here in my country there are already sellers who accept bitcoin as one of their mode of payments (MOP).

What are the food supplements you are into?

Good question, Heath is definitely our wealth, and we should take care about our health, otherwise we are all depend on others and if we give time to our health then we could safe ourself from these type of disease.
But i never use any supplements and also i don't suggest it, because if we eat fruits daily then we don't need any medicines or supplements. So we should get vitamins by naturally.

I think if your body is fit and can hold everyday activity, it is okay not to take supplements. But if due to your busy-ness and if your food can't meet your energy needs, then the supplement is needed.
I only take a supplement when I'm planning to go on a business trip. But it's only a food supplement, just to make sure I got the right intake.

No doubt we need supplements, but the way of getting supplements is matter. I meant we should get vitamins from vegetables, meat and fruits and don't take medicines. Actually, we should choose nature way to make our body fit and strong then we don't need supplements power.

I really don't know the difference between supplement and the tablets that we are taking because both are physically in same design so how we can split their supplements in its nature so that I don't know about the supplement

Hi there for all! I use some supplements! Sometimes relaxing is such a different problem, I know Wink . But you know for myself I prefer some calming drugs. ice strain is what I prefer. Just have a look! Good luck

I do not take food supplementsas of now because i love to eat fresh foods that comes from the field and those coming from the farm like meat , vegetables , fruits , fresh milk from cows and goats. Health is wealth definitely , because we always need to be healthy everyday for us to work for our family and having a healthy lifestyle makes our lives happy.

Supplements been helping me through out life. I'm currently taking alot of vegetable supplements to help my diabetes. About 7+ supplements.
I've taken cough supplements also.

Some vegatables I can't eat because it taste nasty n sum are unavailable. So supplements help.

Taking supplements to be healthy is the easiest way to be unhealthy, healthy doesn't necessarily need these drugs.

after reading this I know something what is the supplements before reading this topic I think it is natural but supplements are created for getting the wealth to be better and I think in most of the time we need to be naturally developed our health otherwise it will give some side effects also.

I only take naturals such as fruits and vegetables,making some experiments or checking YouTube lol

I never drink coffee but I drink turmeric tea every morning or even in coffee break

Your best bet is to juice. But eat a little of the pulp, as well.

Juice a wide variety of plants. Include leaves of some trees... test to see which ones are good for you. Also, some flower petals.

Legume protein is better than meat protein. But eat a couple ounces of meat a week.

Now I gotta go and slice of a chunk of butter and chomp it down with a teaspoon of peanut butter. Grin
