yes it is but not as strong as Ethereum who surprised the whole community with a very high percentage of ROI, coins that are worth investing right now are those on the top 10 they are a safe investment and will likely give you  a return of investment, compare to coins that are running in ICO.

Everyone who invests is responsible for their money including you and me. It has been a known thing that when you invest, there's nothing such as forever with it. You can hold for as many years as you want as long as that coin exists but you just can't leave the market without taking profits. Investing to good coins for this year would always been good if you have your own standard of choosing.

second quarter is just a start , i mean its too early and i think the major events will only happen on the third and fourth quarter of every year , that is based on my observation but of course that can change anytime because the market does not work in a planned or organized manner but the crypto market is unique and works randomly   . the year 2019 start good so far , lets hope that it will improve more .  investing on the other hand dont have best time or best year because investing can be done anytime , much better if it done as early as possible because cryptos are expected to be indemand later on  .
