my answer to your question will be yes they are still worth investing on in 2019. I have personally saw potential altcoins this 2019 alone both already existed altcoins and status. Take ethereum, litecoin and some top ranked coin as an example.  If anyone had invested on this coins would better profits because they have shown good signs.
