Are you sure that the minimum investment amount is 5 eth?  In my opinion, this is a very large amount for an ordinary investor.

Most likely there is a mistake. maybe 0.5 Eth? It will be more likely. Since the actual amount of 5 Eth is a lot.

that's right, 5Eth is the minimum for their private sale. you are a private investor so they are assuming you have enough money to participate in that sale. and with that amount, you can buy their token at $0.05 less based from their public price.

anyway, they dont have min amt of investment during crowdsale phase.
so if you cant afford their private sale terms, you can join their crowdsale.

if you have enough money, you can take part in a private sale and get a lower price.. but if 5 eth is too much for you, the price of the token is more expensive that you will buy
if I become you, I'd better buy a token at a private sale because the price difference is quite large

in fact, this is a fairly common sales scheme.  I think big investors really get good discounts on purchases in this way.

Team is still busy with the license acquisition process. But it is possible that the process of finding partners for IEO will be completed in parallel, and the quality of project preparation may affect the number of IEO exchanges.
