You can not change one type to another.

And I think you can create two types of flag if you want to but not the same (I have a little doubt)

Correct:

These limits are in place:
 - Per 180 days, you can only give 1 flag of each type to a given user. So you can't give someone multiple written-contract-violation flags in 180 days, for example.
 - Globally, per year you can only create 1 flag per activity point you have, but at least 1/year.

Well, I added the second (type 2) flag here:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=621 but it is only showing the original "type 1" flag.  I then tried to enter it again and it said the flag was added, but it's not.  

Maybe because it needs support? Or maybe only 1 flag is permitted at a time?

Nyde did not make the victims of this act roughly whole, AND it is not the case that all of the victims forgave the act. It is not grossly inaccurate to say that the act occurred around August 2019. Type 2 (or 3) need Support from at least 3 DT-members to be Active.

I went ahead and supported your red flag. I certainly hope that some members of this forum don't decide to give you flack, since you deliberately made a deal with this person so you would have grounds to give him a red tag. Well, you delivered him the money and he failed to deliver the product. This could start adding up if you do this too often.

Thank you! That sounds weird, the guy is a scammer and soon to be proven alt of one other major active scammer and he took the sting to prove it.  Stranger things happen here so "whatever".  Life will go on.

My support is added. I am familiar with the scam from when it was first reported by ivndnkn and I have helped highlight and expose the HolyTransaction / Flyp.me scammers.

The scammers at HolyTransaction / Flyp.me are selective scamming and cannot be trusted. Best to avoid these scammers.
