I don't think this needs a flag. Anyone dumb enough to send 50 Bitcoin to a begger can't be saved. I've just reported the post.
I think it's better to reserve Flags for when it's really needed. Besides, trust and flags aren't shown on that board anyway.

The newbie has 0 posts now as of now ( obviously  that post was deleted due to spam / off-topic  )  so what happens now? you can't edit the flag ! wait for him to make another scam attempt and get someone else to flag him ? the new system is a bit messed up.

I am not sure what happened, thread was up whole day and I edited post just recently with correct link to flag, double checked it and thread was there. I went to check modlog http://archive.is/g90p5 and thread is from what I see removed recently https://prnt.sc/o52g5y but I don't see that user is banned.

Of course, I forget to archive thread so I can't really create new flag and I can't delete this one, well, what I can do is to remove "my support" from this flag because I can't support something which is not there   and I will also edit again my post above.

It's fascinating how these people use their creativity to cheat others. If they were using this creativity in a good way then the community and them too would get long term benefit. People are too greedy these days and always chose shortcut to take advantages from others.

I tried using the post that I created as the reference link, and I get the same error.  I then thought maybe it needed to be a topic link, so I used the link to this topic and still the same error.  I haven't run into that trouble before, it's the weirdest thing.

@LFC_Bitcoin and @suchmoon, if you one of you could please try.  Either I'm going crazy or...  Well, I know I'm crazy but it keeps me from going insane.

ETA: I just noticed this is a self moderated topic.  DOH!  I'll try staking my post in Lafu's thread and link to that.

ETA again:  That worked, but something odd still happend.  I used the link to my post as the reference link, but  the flag trimmed the link to point to the topic it'self.
