How can Noah accuse me of betting on a fixed match when I’ve already spoken with Eddie (Stake’s owner), and he confirmed that Stake — which uses the exact same sports provider as Shuffle — received no flags whatsoever?

I also checked with other providers, and not a single one had any suspicious alerts. If Stake and others using the same feed cleared the game, then how is Shuffle suddenly calling my bet a “fix” and holding my balance?

I’m currently in Curaçao, where Shuffle is licensed, and I’ll be pushing this matter hard with the authorities if my funds are not released. Under Curaçao law, operators are required to segregate player funds from operational capital and cannot seize deposits under baseless accusations.

I can also provide the evidence and provider confirmations privately to any users here who’d like to cross-check.

Are you sure your friend icopress did the act with a good gesture? It seems the flag creator reached out to all other campaign managers too, I would like to hear their response if he does.

Reaching out to only one campaign manager does not make sense unless the flag creator knows that there is a bad competition between managers and icopress usually quick to react negatively to a casino that is handled by other managers with the support of some of the close buddies he has like gazeta, JG and a few more.

You make a claim here that can equally be considered biased, like what you accuse others of.
I don't think we should look at whether a service deserves a flag or not, based on the signature of the campaign. Already based on the presented facts and evidence. It is always useful if a proven, reputable member can confirm the accuracy of the evidence.
I don't think that managers should have a consensus on whether to support or use a flag.

Latest update to the shuffle flag-

I’d like to clear up the air regarding this case. After speaking with Shuffle directly, they presented clear evidence that the bet in question was indeed fixed. I now understand that my earlier assumptions were incorrect.

For context, I’ve been using an AI-based bet tracker to monitor bets from winning punters across multiple sites and tailed their action. While using such a tool is completely legal, it seems it picked up a fixed bet, which led to the confusion.

I want to apologize to Shuffle for any false accusations. That was not my intention, and I take responsibility for jumping the gun.

That said, I do believe the situation could have been handled with a bit more professionalism and communication early on. Still, I appreciate them taking the time to clear things up.

Lesson learned on my end. Appreciate everyone’s understanding.

Reason: Winna has unfairly blocked my withdrawal access and proceeded to confiscate winnings of over thousands of dollars and they're unable to provide proof of the so-called 'value betting' which I never did. Bennett reached out to me via email and tried to have me agree into taking the balance that was left over after it was confiscated which was only $1,813.71. To be clear my pending withdrawals totaled up to 4501.32$ which can be seen in my full post. After 21 days I've had enough of being told I'm lying about my winnings and condescending comments made by Bennett of Winna.

Hey Everyone, I'm requesting support again for this flag on BennettWinna. To date there is still no proof on why my funds were confiscated. No analysis, no logs. Nothing. I rose a dispute through egis which didn't show any evidence either. Bennett tried to settle for 1,813.71$ with me when I'm owed at minimum my pending withdrawals of 4501.32$.

I know I sound like a broken record but why is it they can confiscate rightfully won funds without showing proof?

Reason: Yes, I know that this is a two years old case, I necromanced it following a request of help of fair mediation and review by CoinPlay, under new management. Theyre' currently have two active flags, and I am not referring about the other flag with GekkeBelg, I am referring the one with bachezy.

I am asking for a review and call a neutral judgment from the DTs to carefully read the situation, and set aside the previous accusation revolving the casino. Strictly speaking about the flag itself, I don't think it's justified and reflect the neutrality of DTs [thus I oppose] who see cases presented to us on case-by-case basis, since there were no actual written contract with the player.

If there is any, it would be the ToS, that the player breached. And further, they offered the initial deposit to be returned and the player took it, a gesture we the overseers of SA universally know as the acknowledgment to settle. Thus, the case should be resolved with the withdrawal landed, as it means the player accept the settlement. Yet he then raised a flag and got supported.

Real reason why I create this plea is because I really can't see how the flag got so support, given there is no actual written contract. And if there is any, it would be the refund of total depo, that the player already accept. Yet, he then flag.

Today, I found a new scam accusation ^[here], and it turned out that this betting platform has redirected players to a new domain, mynitro.io, instead of the old one, after the old domain was exposed. It is worth noting that many references clearly indicate that fund withdrawals from their platform are impossible. Therefore, I have raised this flag as a warning for anyone encountering their threads on the forum.
