Ethereum is slow in price?

I have the same feeling that Ethereum is slow after bitcoin. Remember that bitcoin's ATH was $19k and almost at the same time, ETH reached an ATH of $1400. Thinking that way, ETH should be at around $700 now, knowing that BTC is almost $10k. I think you have this kind of thought. But, in the past, ETH was boosted by ICOs.
