Before choosing to participate in a bounty campaign I often care about the campaign manager. There are many reputable managers on the forum and the campaigns they manage very well. Then I checked the project development team, the media website. etc

Affiliate links is not the best you should look for when finding a 'perfect' bounty campaign. The probable bounty campaign I tend to look for is a project that has a good team, a legitimate project with physical product a good manager handling the project is a plus one. Big funds for the campaign and low cap in hard cap for its IEO/ICO.

I prefer projects that are conducting a tokenization i.e a reverse ICO; they already have working products and have been in operation for a while. In the absence of that, I evaluate the project based on team, goal, bounty pool, investors and bounty manager. To me, all these factors are crucial in determining whether or not a bounty is worth my time and efforts.

the most important thing to see the perfect bounty project, especially I will see the team that manages it is experienced and have positive beliefs active always giving information about their bounties, can only give what I think is important we learn before participating in a bounty the good one

If you will be going by the team of  the project before joining, it will be good you verify their identity vividly well, because there are some who use stolen identity of reputable personnel's in the crypto space and sometimes, they might use the identity of those who have nothing to do with crypto, but are influential and have succeeded in their fields of endeavour.

Participating in a bounty campaign is a a great way to participate in the market and earn tokens, but to be a perfect a bounty there should be an active communication from the bounty managers and public and transparent spreadsheet and update from the team.

The ideal company is said loudly.  Because in any field of activity there are pitfalls.  Sometimes at first everything looks great and a great success awaits the company, and then various troubles begin and the project crashes.  The most important thing in my opinion is an experienced team that is already promoting not the first project.  It has established itself as specialists with a high level and honest reputation.

in my opinion, they must have a team with a proven reputation, that's the most important thing in my opinion,
then what about their products? whether their product is good, and finally see their roadmap, when the token will be listed on the exchange,

A perfect bounty, is a payment bounty on time. In 2019 I have yet to see a truly perfect bounty, they all delayed payment

For me, the ideal company is one that has an interesting concept, a reliable, experienced team that is actively working on the implementation of the roadmap and reports on all the news of the project on social networks, as well as timely and truthfully gives information about receiving awards for bounty participants.

First of all, you need to know the reputation and composition of the project team. Some people with extensive experience in the field of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies, with a prestigious education, experienced businessmen, engineers and executives should be presented. This is usually written on the official website of the project. In addition, there are specialized sites and forums where the company rating is calculated.

1 Decent allocation but not too huge, it depends on the ICO specifics.
2 Bounty manager which responds in normal timeframe.
3 not changing rules in the last minute.
4 stake counting in time
5 locking tokens after entering exchnage

Problems with bounties sometimes is end result which can really hurt you if you dont do careful analysis There are actually good project but that doesnt mean they dont hit their own waves and get shaken so try to know, watch the project careful and predict your next move carefully

2 Bounty manager which responds in normal timeframe.
3 not changing rules in the last minute.
4 stake counting in time

Allocation is not a good bounty patrol [1]
Experienced managers usually provide projects that they have analyzed beforehand, so it is not just any manager who does that [2]
That often happens now, even allocations can be cut with reasons that do not make sense [3]

Perfect bounty is when the company has collected hard cap and paid on time what is promised to participants of the bounty.

Sometimes things like that are expected. But many have broken that promise, even in recent times sometimes plays have been made. It is very difficult to find a project that is truly timely for distribution.

You have an excellent bounty campaign, you do not need to worry about whether the project will be implemented and when you receive your money. You get your reward every week, and payment is made in Bitcoins. I would love to participate in such a bounty campaign.

The most perfect bounty campaign is a function of the team, that is working together as a team, hence the road map and white paper of the project, really show the future

My criteria for choosing a bounty changed after being trapped by quite a number of failed projects in 2018. I tend to choose bounty campaigns that work products, have been listed on the exchange, the period is not long (1-3 months) at this time. If there is a weekly payment bounty, with BTC or ETH, I will also consider it if there are quite a lot of allocations. All of that will be even better if the developer team and the bounty manager team have high credibility and professionalism.

One of the most important factor, I consider in joining a bounty campaign is the reward. Once, I see that the payment or bounty reward is in eth or btc, I quickly join, because there are only a few projects that pay with btc and ethereum. Most of the projects, I've worked with for a couple of weeks always pay using their custom tokens. I find this quite challenging because one has to wait for the coin to be listed and traded before conversion to Bitcoin or ethereum.

I try to participate in bounty companies run by proven managers and where there is a limit on the number of participants. it is great if the payments go to BTC or ETH . Such companies are 99.9% always profitable.

In reality there's no indication of a perfect bounty, because despite fulfilling the several checklist on an ideal bounty, it does not guarantee that the bounty would be lucrative. From my little experience, most projects that was over rated, tend to end in shambles, thus leaving bounty hunters with nothing.
