England have been fined 50 per cent of their match fee and docked 12 World Test Championship (WTC) points for maintaining a slow over-rate during the Oval Test against New Zealand, a match they lost by 253 runs.

The hosts were ruled to be 12 overs short of the required rate after time allowances were taken into consideration. The sanction was imposed by Match Referee Andy Pycroft under Article 2.22 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel. Matt Henry was the player of the match, and his bowling was great throughout the game. He got five wickets in the first innings and did not lose the streak in the second innings too, he continued the momentum till the second innings and got 6 wicket this time.

Yep, in 2 nd test game you blame only to England and gives favour to New Zealand batters. The actual fault is that England don't select the proper team for this game so the youngsters are not much intelligent as the seniors so New Zealand makes perfect plans against England and especially against England bowlers so they trying to leave the Archer and take  attacks against other bowlers so by this technique they played with patience and remains successful for making runs and also built a strong partnership which helps a lot in the victory of New Zealand. Cricket is the name to manage the pressure according to moment and also it's the game of strategies. England have many chances to comeback but they don't take benefits of these chances while New Zealand team showing patience and remains in discipline. So this defeat doesn't shows the weakness of England cricket but showing that England don't grabbed the opportunities on time.
