Bangladesh can win against weaker teams, but we still have to be concerned about Bangladesh winning. Australia is an aggressive team in the cricket world, so Bangladesh will definitely perform like a child against Australia. The way Bangladesh played against Pakistan, I don't think it was their weakness at all, rather they were very confident. Babar Azam's performance and score are not helpful for his team because they lost his season test badly, and now they are having a 4-match losing streak against teams like Bangladesh, which is shameful for them. Batting surely has no depth this is going to be terrible for them in the coming time as well.

If not for the innings played by Babar Azam in the first innings, they would have been defeated on the fourth day. You cannot underestimate Bangladesh now as they have some solid players and Pakistan needs to find promising bowlers.

They need good test batsmen who can perform in all conditions with good skills and technique. They are available but sadly have no sources to give their best for the Pakistani team due to their poor system.

Not sure about the domestic setup but they have the PSL and they should be able to identify new talent.

Yes this was very bad trolling of a Pakistani player by Bangladesh players but to be honest I think litton DAs and some other players have crossed their line. We all know rizwan does alot of acting on the field and has a unique style but this just part of his personality. A professional player should not troll an opponent like that . Cricket is a gentleman’s game and respect should always be there. Heated moments happen but keeping it respectful is important and things like ‘ he is just trying to save his place in team ‘ this is a very cheap move

The pitch had uneven bounce and was not an easy pitch to bat on. This is the second consecutive series whitewash win for Bangladesh against Pakistan, and it is historic.

The unusual movement of the ball was more in the earlier days of this test match. The pitch usually becomes difficult to bat after day 2 in test matches, but the condition was opposite in this one. Both teams had scored more runs in their second innings compared to the first innings. It is really shameful for Pakistan as they lost 4 consecutive test matches against Bangladesh. They had lost the previous series in their home ground, which is more surprising than this one.

It is time for Shan Masood to resign as test captain because he failed to deliver as captain. He also has disappointing batting performance in this test series, just one half century in four innings. If Shan stays as captain then Pakistan cricket will see more decline in performance.

It was a triumph moments for Bangladesh team as they set history by dominanting the results of the game against Pakistan. The team was highly trained in both aspects. In both innings Bangladesh posted high scores,Mushfiqur Rahim and Litton Das were the reason of unbelievable high target. In first innings only Babar Azam from Pakistani team showed some resistance but due to lack of support from others teammates they failed to reach the target. But in second innings Shan Masood and Salman Agha played in an aggressive way. But then Taijul Islam did a good job. He helped his team by breaking this crucial patnership. And result went to the lap of Bangladesh team. Mostly Pakistan used to win against Bangladesh, but win of this series helped to build strong image of their team.

Cricket South Africa (CSA) put less than 1,600 tickets per day on sale for the New Year's Test against England at Newlands, which sold out within minutes on Monday morning. The bulk of the marquee match taking place between January 3 and 7 will be attended by fans who purchase packages from tour groups, who were allocated 39% of the Test's tickets for resale while a further 41% of tickets are tied up in hospitality, complimentary, stakeholder and service allocations.

The end result is that South Africans, starved of red-ball cricket last summer with no home fixtures, who hoped to watch their World Test Champions under the gaze of Table Mountain in early 2027 are likely to be in the minority, as CSA seek to monetise their most popular match.

But most of those who receive these passes never bother to attend the matches, or to share them with someone who actually wants to watch them. And this is why we see empty seats in all areas of the stadiums, even though fans can't get their hands on tickets. BTW, I don't see anything wrong with the distribution from the CSA. England fans are traveling thousands of kilometres to watch these matches. They deserve better treatment.

Pakistan team is performing badly, especially in batting, and without strong batting partnership its very difficult to complete against quality teams in Test cricket. Mohammad Rizwan showed once again fighting spirit and tried to his best to save the team. but cricket is a game and one player alone cannot win matches. Shan Masood is technically a good batter, but as captain he still need more improvement in decision-making, field, placement, and building confidence within the team. Now Pakistan needs proper planning, consistant team selection and players who can stay longer at the crease.

The Bangladesh team was good from the start of this test series. They played very carefully, and dropping each wicket was too difficult. At first, some of the best players of the Pakistan team were not playing, but in the second match, the Pakistani batsmen were out. Overall, their performance was good in the second innings, but since they didn't score well in the first innings, the target was too big for them. Also, the pitch, which was the home ground of the Bangladesh team, was better understood by them in terms of how to play and which areas were best for hitting, while the Pakistani team took a bit longer to understand.

Even then, I don't have a problem with it. South Africa is a small country, and cricket is not even in the top-3 most popular sports there. Also, tours like this one represent a rare opportunity for the CSA to fill their coffers. If there is a shortfall of tickets for the locals, I am sure that they will change the distribution model later. Potential revenues from the Barmy Army can't be sacrificed so that some local fan who pays ZAR10 wants to watch the test match. Also, I am sure that most of the "complimentary tickets" will end up in the hand of general public.

Surprised to see this tour happening actually. New Zealand normally shies away from playing against lower ranked test nations (Ireland, Afghanistan.etc) and has a policy of never playing against associate nations outside the ICC tournaments (only exception is when they play against the United Arab Emirates. Emirates Cricket Board and CNZ has a good bonding and this allows such tours). Ireland has played a total of 12 test matches ever since they received the full member status in 2019. And this is going to be their first ever test match against New Zealand.
