Australia's second innings saw them score 310 runs. Overall, Australia's batting performance was very good. They were able to bat strongly against South Africa, which gives them a high chance of winning this Test match.

The first test game between Australia and South Africa became very special because a lot of milestones were achieved by different players and different insane moments were also recorded in this game. The important milestone goes to the legendary quartet of Starc, Lyon, Hazlewood, and Cummins, who got 600 wickets combined in almost thirty-eight games, which is a respected and honorable record for Australia. The other record moment goes to Smith, who received most catches as a slip fielder and, as Root is near to Smith in batting in the same way he received 200 plus catches as a slip fielder.

If we analyze the game, it ends with a victory of one time and, according to current situations, the majority chances of Australia winning this game, because they just need six wickets and South Africa needs three hundred plus runs to win, so it's very difficult to face the legendary quartet. In my opinion, the insane moment of this game actually goes to Matt Renshaw, who came in when Australia lost six wickets at 124 runs, but then a historic knock of 190 runs played by Renshaw which turned the game towards Australia completely.

In this match, Bangladesh controlled Afghanistan with a lot of hard work and efforts and defeated Afghanistan very badly in both these innings. Afghanistan will have to play with a lot of hard work and speed to succeed in the second innings, only then will they meet Bangladesh target and then they will victory, which is enough tough. These teams should understand that in T20, the same batsmen play such a strong target when the overs are short and the same ones play so unsuccessfully when there are so many overs in the Test match. In this Test match, Bangladesh has surprised people a lot. They have made a very strong target in batting and they are beating Afghanistan by being tough in bowling. Bangladesh has also done some negligence, but still they have played very strong in making the target.

AFG players are not playing in vain, they are thinking and working tight to cross the aim in this innings itself, which is a difficult task, but if they continue to play normally, the days will increase and the result of this game will not be anything. Therefore, AFG should complete half the aim today so that their wins is ready for them tomorrow and during this time, their wicket not being out will be the biggest success. If BAN falls short of their aim even after being smart, then their intelligence will be lost.

Afghanistan batter faced a difficult time from the start of the day, and the situation became even more difficult when Shahidi had to retire hurt after being struck by a Bangladeshi fielder throw. Afghanistan fought hard but lost the wicket of their batsman Ikram Alikhil at the end of the session and at the wrong time. Bangladesh has also delivered an outstanding fielding performance; Litton Das took a brilliant catch before lunch to dismiss Ikram Alikhil.
Litton Das also set a massive record: in a single Test match, he scored a century and a half-century in the test match and also dismissed nine players as a wicketkeeper. Afghanistan needs 264 runs to win the Test match, with nearly 50 overs of play remaining. It seems like a very difficult task for Afghanistan; if Bangladesh manages to take a few wickets, they will likely win the match.

I feel Cummins and Hazlewood will remove the remaining wickets unless a miraculous twist changes everything(Doubt it).

Finally, Taijul Islam managed to take a wicket. He bowled about 57 overs in both innings but was wicketless but in the 38th over of the second innings he took a wicket which was very important for Bangladesh. He had done well in the last few Tests but took only 1 wicket against Australia. Perhaps his wicket tally in this Test too may be limited to just 1.

Now Bangladesh need to take three wickets and on the other hand Afghanistan will probably have to survive till 16 overs. The match is heading towards a draw.

When Afghanistan entered the fifth day's batting with eight wickets in hand, it seemed that Afghanistan might be able to survive for 1 to 2 sessions at most, but in the end, they managed to finish the day's play losing only 6 wickets. That is, they had two more wickets left. However, Bangladesh had enough opportunities, if Bangladesh had not made catch misses, run out misses, Bangladesh could have won the match long ago, but Bangladesh failed to utilize the opportunity.
I think Afghanistan is very happy to draw this match because Afghanistan had a high chance of losing this match, so at least they can be happy with a draw.

Markram, Jansen duo try all his best to count results in Atleast draw for his team, but mighty Aussie trio destructive storm got them before they find their way close to change results. while the rest of the tailenders wickets were tumbled quite easily and thus officially Proteas lose the crucial opening match of the series by huge margin.
Definitely Renshaw should be MOTM because at first inning almost singlehandedly he got the team total from 124/6 to 390/10 and that's how Aussies get back on track, otherwise things could have looked very different than now.

For a moment I thought Australia had delayed the declaration and batted too long, just like what Bangladesh did against Afghanistan. Aiden Markram played one of his best innings until the second new ball was taken and Josh Hazlewood was able to rip through the lower order to win the game for Australia.
Afghanistan was in a similar position to South Africa. Bangladesh was too confident about picking up all the wickets on the final day, so they batted too long to set an unnecessary target of 479 runs. With the help of Sediqullah Atal, Afghanistan played another long innings just like Aiden Markram, but their lower order was able to survive and draw the match.

Litton Das was outstanding with the bat especially the century in second innings made significant contribution to the team's total score. However Bangladesh could have done better especially in the second innings although Ebadot and Mahmud's contribution can't be ingored. Afghanistan also played well and tried their best until the end. They have capable enough what they already provided but they should be more careful in batting in first innings. Now let's see how they improve themselves in the next match

Credit goes to Afghanistan team for drawing this game because they played 142 overs in second innings. Bangladesh gave Afghanistan a target of 479 runs before tea on day four and Bangladesh were favourite to win the test. After getting out for 240 runs in first innings, the Afghanistan players played brilliantly in second innings to draw the test. They played too many dot balls because their intention was to draw the game and they got success in that. Bangladesh missed chances especially in the last hour of the game as they were not able to pick last two wickets.
