Litton Das has destroyed the hope for Bangladesh in every match of this series. Bowlers are indeed facing some difficulties for the dew, but it is difficult to win the match if the opener can't score anything in a batting friendly pitch. The partnership between Hridoy and Taskin helped to give a bit challenging target, but Nissanka and Asalanka has made it a very simple target with their big partnership. Perhaps, there won't be much impact of dew in the test matches.

Liton Das is a player in Auto Choice Bangladesh. It is the biggest stupidity of the management to include him in the team despite his poor performances. Even if someone is bowling instead of Liton Das, I think he will do better than Das. So today 286 runs was good target for Sri Lanka, was pretty good. Soumya Sarkar did 68 runs and feel bad for Towhid Hridoy as he couldn't complete his century for 4 runs! He did 96 runs, maybe best runs in his Carrier. But Sri Lanka was too serious today and Pathum Nissanka did 114 runs but same story repeated. Charith Asalanka also missed his century for 9 runs but they played best and won the match

In yesterday's match, Liton Das was out for zero runs, Mahmudullah Riyad was out for zero runs, if these two batsmen could have averaged a good performance in yesterday's match, then Bangladesh's run score could have topped 300. If Mehdi Hasan Miraj and Tanjim Hasan Shakib did not play in a defensive manner, if they had played in an attacking manner, the score of runs would have gone above 300 runs where the chances of Bangladesh's victory would have been created. However, Bangladesh performed well in yesterday's match, no doubt it is not worth saying that, but the batsmen got the opportunity to increase as the ball got slower on the pitch due to the extra dew during the night. On the 2nd ODI of Sri Lankan tour to Bangladesh. The host team got defeated by 3 wickets with 17 balls remaining. It was another close contest.
Bangladesh batting first gave a defendable target of 287 for Sri Lanka with Towhid Hridoy's not out 96 and a half century from the opener Soumya Sarkar.

Bangladesh lost this match due to their poor and erratic bowling. Tanzim Shakib and Taijul did not bowl well. These two are one of the most important bowlers of Bangladesh. Bangladesh could have won the match if Taijul could have done some controlled bowling. In the next match, Bangladesh should add someone to replace Taijul in the squad.

In start of their bowling lineup Bangladesh team good down 3 wickets of Sri Lanka batsman. First A.Fernando was dismissed and scored 0 run, K.Mendis scored 16 runs and then this player was also bowled out and third S.Samarawickrama was also took down only 1 run. But one opener batsman P.Nissanka and C.Asalanka these players showed very commendable effort and with help of these batsman today Sri Lanka team won this game. P.Nissanka scored 114 runs in 113 balls and he hitted thirteen 4s and three 6s. C.Asalanka made 91 runs in 93 balls and at last Bangladesh team did not stop Sri Lankan batsman for chasing their target.

To be fair to Shoriful, it wasn't his mistake. He didn't see the Wellalage and was only watching the ball. Both parties were innocent and not guilty but the young Lankan had to spit it out anyway because he could've been run out and probably injured.  

And it's 1-1 now, no relevance to this series because of the T-20 WC but at least it's alive and the setup is building up nicely for the next 3 matches. I hope it is not a win the toss and win the match scenario for the rest of the series because of dew.

So we can ignore this incident as it was not intentional. The series is now 1-1, thanks to 185 runs partnership between Pathum Nissanka and Charith Asalanka otherwise Bangladesh have got early advantage by picking 3 wickets in 7 overs. Two unlucky batsmen in yesterday game, Towhid Hridoy and Charith Asalanka both were in 90s and missed there tons.
