I guess today they updated their Asia cup squad as 3-4 first choice players struggling with the injuries including the likes of Hasaranga.

If these injury reports are true then it's clearly a big setback for Sri Lanka and they could struggle in the tournament. An unexpected twist would be Nepal winning the cup  but i won't mind if there is a new winner.

Damn it. I already placed an outrights bet on Sri Lanka to win the tournament. No hasaranga is truly a big blow, but I feel that they can still manage somehow though their chances definitely decreased.

Yeh absolutely your are right we have no idea how Gona they will perform as it's will be  the first ever match to face Nepal at such a big stage like Asia Cup, no doubt Nepal perform well they beat the previous years qualifiers like Hong Kong and UAE also beat Scotland and namibia during world cup qualify matches which mean they are well prepared and anything can expect from them, just like Baber Azam a Pakistani captain say in his press conference they they will not take Nepal lightly.

The reason why we only have Asia cup and not other continental cups because there are not many major teams in other continents.
