Australia continuesly losing all their recent matches , first to SA and now India but their overalls record in the previous world cup is better. India is no doubt looking very strong team, Win Asia cup and now two consecutive won against Australia and maybe whitewash tomorrow.

 I think Pakistan will be fourth team to qualify for semi final but fitness is biggest problem in Pakistani players. In previous t20, Shaheen shah afridi injury in his last over became the reason for Pakistan to rule out from the world cup and also in this Asia cup Two best bowlers injured against SA match. Warmup matches will gives some results how teams are playing in India pitch condition.

India is definitely a strong team,but the Australian team is not weak either. Australia has great batsmen and bowlers.They have the ability to come back in the series.We cannot prove Australia a weak team by failing one or two series.Bangladesh defeated India in a match in Asia Cup.From this you can guess that the team which has a good day wins.

In my opinion, England, South Africa and New Zealand also have the ability to qualify for the semi-finals of the World Cup.The most important thing is that no team should depend on one or two players.Rather, the overall performance of a team plays an important role in winning the match.To overcome injury problems, it is very important to develop substitute players or add them to the team.

Proteas batting order is looking threatening to me this time and if their bowling clicks at the right time then they could wonder as well, although one of their primer bowler is ruled out due to injury.

I am not sure whether Kane Williamson has fully recovered from injury. He has been included in their squad, but has been out of action for quite some time. Others like Ferguson and Jamieson have been getting hammered by the opponent batsmen in recent matches. On top of all this, they don't have a quality spinner. Mitchell Santner and Ish Sodhi are included in the squad, but these two are not exactly world class.

I don't understand how the Bangladesh-New Zealand series is being looked at where other teams are looking at the bilateral series very seriously before the World Cup. 
First, a 14-member squad was announced to rest several players from the original XI and give opportunities to newcomers. After the first match was abandoned due to rain, they added some players to the XI in the next match, out of 14 members, and in that match they lost and in the last third ODI, they announced to bring back most of the original XI. I can't find any reason behind their sudden change of decision. While other teams have announced their squads for the World Cup long ago, Bangladesh has yet to announce their squads. So is the announcement of the Bangladesh team dependent on the third ODI match against New Zealand?

During the Asian Cup matches between India and Pakistan were ruined by rain so the Pakistani team did not perform through rain but I think Pakistan will give the Indian team a very tough time in this World Cup.

This is not an excuse to defend your team. India performed in those conditions, and Pakistan failed, end of the story. You can not blame everything on rain. Yes, it somehow alters the momentum, but they are professionals. They have to adjust to the conditions quickly.
Also, against Sri Lanks, Pakistan did not perform well. They made just over 100 runs in the first 25 overs. Although, after the rain, it was easy to bat but still, SL played sensibly. Overall, Poor bowling performance by Pakistan in the middle overs.

Well.. I agree that they punch above their weight at times. But at the same time, historically New Zealand hasn't performed well in Indian conditions, unlike the case with England or Australia. They have a very weak spin bowling lineup, and this is going to be a big minus for them going forward. On top of that I am not sure how their batsmen will handle the South Asian spinners in the turning pitches of India. But again, New Zealand is a team that is capable of shocking the favorites (in case they can get adjusted to the pitch conditions).

This happened very recently and it seems to be true which is why they aren't in the best state going into the World Cup.

But again, New Zealand is a team that is capable of shocking the favorites (in case they can get adjusted to the pitch conditions).

They cannot do it everytime though. I feel like they might crash out pretty quickly this time around since their batting line-up isn't really great though their bowling lineup looks good. Let's see what happens.

I don't know why they are delaying that decision to announce their squad for ICC World Cup and on the basis of the third ODI match against New Zealand they will select the squad, I don't think they will do this. Their are trial matches and chief selector has a good eye to see who is capable for  ICC squad. I think there something else behind this.

By the way if we talk about today match so match is started and Bangladesh is playing first turn. And lost 2 wickets in first 2.1 overs. And this will make a lot of pressure on Bangladesh team. So I don't think so the Bangladesh win today match too.

I guess there was no intention to win a match or win the series. The purpose of this series is to try out the performers and practice for the World Cup. There is no interest in this match or in this series as a Bangladeshi. More interesting drama happening in Bangladesh cricket outside of the ground as Sakib and the coach agree not to take Tamim Iqbal into the World Cup squad.

If Bangladesh team management selects Tamim Iqbal for the World Cup squad, Sakib is not going to play in the World Cup. Tamim said he is not 100% fit and he cannot play all the matches. Let's see where it goes.

As i mentioned in my last post, their captain Najmul Hossain Shanto played well but he did not get the much needed support from the other end. He alone made 76 runs but none of the other Bangladesh batsmen made any score. Adam Milne took 4 wickets and Trent Boult took 2 wickets. The Bangladesh bowlers looked helpless in the match.

Bangladesh's batting performance is quite disappointing, except for Shanto. Najmul Hossain Shanto played well, but the rest of the batters couldn't support him effectively. Overall, Bangladesh's batting has been on the decline recently, even struggling to bat through the full 50 overs. New Zealand only needs 172 to win the match and confirm the series. When target is cheap, we can't expect too much from Bangladesh's bowling unit. This series has been frustrating for Bangladesh before heading into the ODI World Cup.
