It's my first time to use this website. And I'm nervous because my bitcoin deposit is not yet confirmed even one confirmation after 24 hours. An hour later my order ID already deleted on their website. I'm not expecting anymore to receive my bitcoin because 24 hours is already done. But when I check my wallet the total amount after mixing is already there. I'm happy because I already received my bitcoin. Thanks for the service smartmixer.

I understand that to proceed mixing i need to accept this point but is there any way to get back bitcoins that arrived to address later than 24h? Sometimes extraordinary things happens (like casino/exchange proceed delay) and i don't see that in TOS.

However my other report is still not fixed.

I think that you need to improve "Mixing Strength Meter".
If I set Service Fee to minimum (1%) and delay to minimum (0 min) Mixing Strength Meter shows (weak/decent/strong/smart)
If I set Service Fee to 1,0031% (the lowest possible but higher than 1%) and delay to 7 min (the lowest possible but higher than 0 min) Mixing Strength Meter shows (weak/decent/strong/smart). I think that it's as week as first setup. What makes it so strong? Extra 0.0031% fee and 7 min delay (less than 1 bitcoin block)?

It is clear that you have knowledge in this topic, because you are right: Such low service fee and transfer delay is not advisable and not really strong. It is recommended to use higher service fees with random numbers after the comma (no even numbers). Also the transfer delay shall be set at several hours or at best, days.

We will fix the indicators for the Mixing Strength Meter to visualize a proper level of mixing strength.

Mixing Strength Meter is still not showing anything that can be useful for your customer. If fact it is misleading. It think that it would be better to delete it.

How can you avoid a return of same coins when no data is saved?
As mentioned, we do not save any data in our database, such as deposit and withdrawal addresses or transactions. Such information is only used as long as is technically necessary to complete a transaction and is automatically deleted after. To ensure that our users do not receive the same coins they have mixed earlier, Smartmixer uses a One-Way-Encryption process with hashing operations.

Different parameters will be utilized in order to calculate the hashes. The result of the one-way-encryption algorithm will be assigned to the smart code and cannot be deduced from our deposit address. Therefore, the smart code should be entered before each mixing operation.

Additionally, we assign our users one of several pools for each transaction. So, whenever the user has been already assigned a specific Pool for a transaction, he or she will receive withdrawals only from other pools of the same category that are managed internally in our system. Thus, we guarantee the highest security in just two steps and without loss of anonymity. Our users never receive the same coins mixed before with our service.

The letter of guarantee is integrated with a special hash. With help of this hash, we can verify the letter of guarantee and check that nothing has been changed. The letter of guarantee is only used when issues in the mixing operation occur. Meaning our technical department needs to verify it's authenticity, that's why it can be only verified with the hash. And that's why we haven't integrated a signature but can consider to put it in the next update so that also users can verify its authenticity.

The error message has appeared because of the maintenance work that takes place at the moment.

And you're totally right, this shouldn't happen. As you already said, we will use this as an opportunity to improve our maintenance procedure, as well as the signature in the letter of guarantee, so that such issues do not occur again. The technical department has already been notified and will take care of everything.

The letter of guarantee is integrated with a special hash. With help of this hash, we can verify the letter of guarantee and check that nothing has been changed. The letter of guarantee is only used when issues in the mixing operation occur. Meaning our technical department needs to verify it's authenticity, that's why it can be only verified with the hash.

That means the Letter of Guarantee is just a Letter, is doesn't Guarantee anything. The sole purpose of a Letter of Guarantee is that a client can proof foul play if it happens (as happened in this example).

And that's why we haven't integrated a signature but can consider to put it in the next update so that also users can verify its authenticity.
