It depends on the actual case. There are many possible reasons why a wallet is hacked. For example, it could be that the attack is really directed to coinbase, a large-scale one most probably. In which case, they are to blame. But if the hack is on your wallet alone, that means you are to blame. You might have clicked on something, or you might have saved your private keys somewhere unsafe and was compromised.

if I've created account/wallet on coinbase or any other exchange then my account is hacked and my coins/money lost who are responsible for it The Exchange where I've created account is it my mistake what's you thought about it and how i make my account safe If your password was too easy to guess or you stored your private key in an unsafe location which led to a hacker stealing your fund than you alone are responsible for that but If an exchange is hacked which let funds getting stolen from their wallet then it's exchange's fault. Always enable 2FA security they help increase the security of your account by a lot, also don't use a same password for all the websites.

Its hard to blame the exchange because they have a good security so I think its your fault not protect your own wallet. You might be register on a phishing site and got you hacked after sending your money. If you doubt with the exchange then try to complain it with the support but for sure, they will just tell you that its your fault and they can’t do anything about it.

Who is responsible? I think no one is responsible when your account is hacked. Because this is pure between hackers and you.

Due to the fact that crypto industry is mainly anonymous, there is no way to find a responsible person (hacker). But a solid exchange will restore all stolen funds, as Binance did or will be silent and go scam as Coinbene does. Pay attention to exchanges, where you are creating a trading account.
but it's not as easy as you say, that if someone wants to get their assets or money back, of course that requires proof that is strong enough so that the developer can believe that it is your wallet address, but if the evidence you carry is incomplete, the probability is very small.

Examples of our own mistakes are spreading to others or not keeping our login data safe.

i think you must be responsible for your own account. to keep our account safe, we should be careful when visiting links that look suspicious.
i think that's all we have to pay attention to so that our account remains safe.

Weak password and phishing website give the hackers a very big chance to penetrate with your accounts, it's not how big or small your assets as long as they've seen opportunities to hacked your accounts it will happened, your responsibilities to do your research and learned how you can protect your account from that particular exchange, never to forget bookmarking the website that you've created your account for much easier access.

if I've created account/wallet on coinbase or any other exchange then my account is hacked and my coins/money lost who are responsible for it The Exchange where I've created account is it my mistake what's you thought about it and how i make my account safe Depends. First of all, you are solely responsible for your own account. If the site provides you with different securities such as 2FA, email confirmations and pin codes, then it is best to use all these functions to secure your account. If for any reason you didn't set up these security functions, then if your account gets hacked, then it is totally your fault. If the company has a breach and user accounts get hacked, then it is the companies fault. As long as you don't act stupid online, your account will always be safe unless the severs itself gets hijacked.

It could be you allowing hackers in for not setting 2fa or the hacker hacked your phone to get your pwords and 2fa 2. It could be that the website was hacked. In the second case, it won't be only one account, it is usually a pack of accounts with stolen funds. In any case. STAY SAFE

It depends on the nature of the hack. If you actually clicked a scam link that is not the correct URL of the exchange then it's entirely your mistake. If you left funds on the exchange, taking it to be your personal wallet for long term hold, then it's partly your mistake. If you just sent funds to the exchange for trading and your 2FA security is on, then it's the exchange's fault, their security measures were not enough to curtail the hack.

Every exchange has an option to secure your acc by using 2fa or phone or email and when you fail not to do that and your account is hacked. You should be responsible for that

Reason being that, its possible you unknowingly installed a phishing app or you clicked on a link you have no idea about, which you probably thought was relevant. I dont believe by any means that any project will hack you. You just have to be more careful.

When account is hacked, so many factors is considered to determine the reason for the hacked account. It might really be the fault of the exchange, that is if you were careless with the privacy of your account. When an exchange is hacked, I believe it will affect most accounts generally and not just an individual account.

If it was the exchange entirely that was hacked, then you would have held the exchange company responsible and moreover, if it was general exchange hack, then it would not be only your coin that would be stolen, there are many others too that will definitely lost their token too to the hacker. I guess your money is gone forever, sorry for that, just don’t ever keep your money again on an exchange wallet.

There are two different scenarios here: 1) You compromised your private data somehow. Someone found out what your password is or hacked your computer or you installed some bad plugin or other software. That's your fault. 2) The exchange or the wallet you use has been hacked. Not your account but the whole system. There was some kind of critical vulnerability in their system. That's their fault. But you'd better not wait for their refund and be prepared for such scenarios. Don't keep your money in such projects, use cold wallets.

Your question is not clear if your account was hacked due to your own lapses will thats clearly your fault. If the exchange was hacked and lost all your money will thats obviously the exchange lapses. most of the time unsuspecting account owners are victimized by some simple method like phising or just exposing your private keys to others.thats why keep your password and private keys in safe place.

Definitely the responsible is you, the only ways to prevent it's happen is enable 2fa and don't store too much assets on exchanges, don't make any mistake on daily use such as click phishing link from email, be careful when browser webpage and never install unknown software on computer.
