It is better to invest in bitcoin than HYIPs there is no legit HYIPs nowadays they are scam.. I agree to OP that stay away with these kind of investments.

Even before, those HYIPS were a total scam. They don't have any intention to help their investors and all they do is attract and have an exit when they've collected huge amount of money.

But nowadays, the good news is that many are aware of their scam tactic. And it's very easy to determine if the website that you're interested with is a sort of HYIP or any other scam investment scheme.

Yes you are right make sure that you understand the offer. If the offer is too good make a second review if it is feasible or even possible. Remember that every project is also a business they need also an income. And if you will have a very good income how about their company or project. So it may fall in a fraud or scam investment.

Generally from my experiences, if a crypto project offers unrealistic bounty pool or goals, it is highly likely to be a fake project. So we investors and bounty hunters need to look practical promises offered by bounty projects. So for that we need to research first before going for them. To earn profits from Mining you must have spend thousands of dollars on mining rigs not to talk of someone who wants to offer you some unrealistic profits with no actual working product backing it up.

You know that not everyone that is created to reason straight, we have so many people that have very shallow thinking, and they would believe or take anything that is being presented to them, while we have the smart ones that would first take the project and take a look at it deeply to see if whatever is being said makes sense or not.

But unfortunately, we don't know which project is good or bad, and we could only know in the middle of the running of the project. Many good project has become a scam, and we already know that. We could only prevent to use big money to invest in the project to avoid the scam which could happen in anytime. if any program give us double profits in short time, i am sure this is using ponzi scheme.while there is no more people joined they have no money to pay members profits.and people join lately will suffered loss and money that used to pay member that joined in early.
