We can always say that those who succeed regardless if they are investing for long term or short term are having an effective strategy. There is no specific strategy that would guarantee we will be successful in short term investing because of the unpredictability of the market, maybe with just proper timing, this could help us become profitable. My personal strategy is that I will wait for significant changes in the market, as it's possible we could see some FOMO or FUD and when that results to an effect, I then can see some value on whether I will buy or sell at that time. |

Agree, in the investment world, there are investments that are suitable for the long and short term. For the short term, usually the time is a maximum of 6 months holding and the long term requires more than 1 year. For the short term, I think it's good if we set a target price so we don't get the greedy syndrome |

I agree with you. Don't wait long if your coins have already made a profit. Because it can also easily fall off again.

This is by far one of the biggest problems for newbie traders, they set expectations to what they can achieve in this market and since they have no experience trading they set goals that are impossible to reach then when they do not get to their goals they get desperate and they begin to take silly risks to reach their goals and that is when they lose their money, and when that happens they begin to think the whole market is a huge scam not understanding they were the ones responsible for their actions. |

You can invest for a long time. It is alright. But my issue with this is that I cannot trust that the project will continue to last for that long. What if the CEO dies (or something else) and the new owner decides to take the project in another direction or just sell it off to another party?

I agree with you that market conditions are not stable which means we can't make investments for long term as market's trend is more downward as compared to upward, in such market conditions I think the right strategy is to make numerous trades of small volume and small profit margins. Don't wait for big green candles, just earn small profit from trade and repeat it.

The conditions in this market have never been stable and you should never expect that to take place what you need to do if you want to invest in this market for the long term is to see how the price compares to the previous months, and while many are worried about the price of bitcoin since it has been going down for the past months this is a great opportunity to buy bitcoin for a very good price, now if you don't want to take it that's on you I just hope you do not lament that decision in the future. |

my main goal is to invest in crypto to increase my assets in altcoin trading. because I also believe that trading crypto will also be better for profit and also a good way to save assets in the long run.
I am involved in crypto mainly to invest in altcoins for a profit. But maybe the era of altcoins is over. Now BtC is my main investment in the short term. Trading is nice but maybe I am not suitable to do that because I do not have patience. |

You are right during the bearish season it is the best strategy to sell the coin at lowes profit and again buy at the bottom. As trading is more beneficial than holding the coin for a long time.

You've got a point on your stand about investing. Injust wan to balance it. I think what we need to do is to spend some time on evaluating the project and after you,'ve got the result then you need yo decide fast so you won't miss the opportunity. Same with trading, you need to move fast when you got the data of the market.
