Good point, to avoid this that is why i like holding old coins in my portfolio than new coins, they only thing i do is hold new coins that have no good value for sometimes but old coins are the bestbfor long term hold because they can be trusted than new coins

People who invest for the long term usually use the money they can afford to lose so they are more relaxed in the face of price fluctuations. If money for daily needs is used for long-term investment, I think they will not be able to last long and panic easily because prices move very fast. everyone must have the same goal in investment because everyone wants to make a profit from the investment they make. but in my opinion that of the many people who make investments must have different ways such as long-term investment and short-term investment. and you can't tell them to follow your way. if you are afraid of hunger means you only have a little money ... then what about those who have a lot of money, surely they will not starve like you if they don't sell their tokens.

As the time is passing by I also realized that why wait for too long if you can do it today and you can earn even a little everyday by day trading, I have a couple of friends that are not holding crypto for a very long time, they are just holding maximum of 1 month and if nothing happens they need sell it even at loss so that they can still use the fund for day trading.
