I have been patient with some of my altcoins . Price presently has gone below ico prices . Being tempted more often than not to sell at a loss but I have counselled myself to hold on that better days are ahead. I hope my patience eventually pays off

As long as you hold an altcoins that has a good team, you don't have to worry on its future as eventually it will rise.
There's a lot of altcoins in the market, of the total altcoins, maybe only 10% are legit, so that's a hard task picking those legit coins as some looks legit but not.

But then again, it depends on how we spent effort and time making research prior to investing with the altcoins we are holding, and it's been proven in the past that altcoins is a good investment for long term hold, coins like XRP, ETH, and NEM where among the coins I hold and made a good profit during the last bull run.

I think for market player, patience always be the key to success. but looking at the current situation, I personally have to do other options by always seeing changes in the price of some altcoin that might make me get a little profit and I'm sure some of you do this too

The market condition is not so good, so i won't make any changes on what i usually do.
I think im gonna observing the market for a while until there are some significant changes in crypto market.

The market condition is not so good, so i won't make any changes on what i usually do.

Observing gives you enough time to get something from the situations, there's no need of rushing it will only cause mistakes and unwanted decision making, assess and figure it out of you will be willing to take the risk without any hesitations, always remember that it's your responsibility to take care of your investment, make sure to always have a good setback plans..

when patience is being tested like this it means we have to show strength to survive in these uncertain market conditions, old strategies that are considered less effective are better changed into new strategies that will be more profitable, cut-loss is not good if it is done continuously, we must try to take advantage of every circumstance

Patience is indeed tested. But when do you call quits? The bright side of the altcoin bear market is that not one coin is spared. Actually only Binance coin survived but still, you can't assign blame to the coin developer since the whole market was affected.

Now when the alt market rebounds and thrive again and then your coin is still dead. You're out of luck this time.

Patience is a matter that must be maintained in any form, more with market conditions like this, we must fully condition trading strategies, of course it will make us better, read the right situation does not make us measure losses but try to anticipate them

In this market l'm not only trader waiting patiently, that is why there is no way to do something except waiting. As you mentioned l try to be patient, but my patience is limited up to few years. l try to buy altcoin and hold it, which is more profitable and cheaper than trading daily price fluctuations. My aim is such as everybody to hold it till bull run, it seems we have to be patient more time, it will definitely take a lot of time. Hope the strategies will save our initial investments.

Yeah, I'm not ready to sell at that price right now. But my patience is still not exhausted. Sometimes it's hard, but I'm holding on. I mostly stick to hodl.

Many coins are unlikely to rise, as a lot of bad coins, I have long sold almost all the coins, as they go down the capitalization, and special reasons and news they do not have that they returned to the top.

there is no testing mode in crypto trading,you should be able to read the market movement situation if not you always fail to make a profit when you trade.For example I have a capital of 10 thousand dollars of course I will not invest in one coin because investing in one coin will be risky when prices fall,I always get profit because I choose 4 coins from a capital of 10 thousand dollars.If your money is stuck on a coin that falls,you better hold it until the price goes up again

Trading teaches real life lessons and I have learned a lot from it. To stay calm when your patience get tested, you must have put in the necessary things that will guard and limit your loss in case you  are unable to survive the test.

That is why we need to minimize the risk by diversifying our investment, this is the only way that we won't be losing it.
If we invest in the top coins with great liquidity, I think we will not worry despite seeing the price dropping because the support is still present as evidence by a good liquidity, other coins loss their value and liquidity at the same time, hence it makes the project hard to recover.

It is true. So it is very important to understand the right strategy before investing, trading, and doing other activities with cryptocurrency. So we can reduce the risk.
