If you want to ask me how my patience in crypto you can check with history of many kind altcoin in my wallet still keep holding, I am very patience faced with cryptocurrency with many altcoin invested have lower price but I keep holding and wait when price back to higher, I have hold many altcoin more than one until two years hope price back to normal and higher from first I invested, I trusted with my altcoin assets come back to higher price again in the next time.

I have a few alts that I bought like a few months back and they have decreased in their prices, but I still believe that there prices will increase eventually and I am not going to just throw them off. Most of the newbies have already sold their coins because of the sudden fall in prices, but I know that the alt coins will recover, if not this year, then surely next year.

For expert traders any market condition won't hinder they ways they make profits but for new traders like myself i have to place my bets only when bitcoin market is bullish, the best time to make big from trading is bullish time because thats the only time you can predict market movement

Not true, regardless of your experience level you cannot make profits if the market does not move, this is the first thing that you learn as a trader, so if the market has very little movement then no one can profit from it, what expert traders do in those situations is just to stay out of the market until they see evidence this is about to change, this way they save themselves a lot of money that they can later use to trade the markets, this is very different than what the newbies do since they trade the markets despite the lack of movement, losing money they did not needed to lose.

This makes sense to me, although holding sometimes is not favorable. I accumulated DENT and NPXS at dips and decided to hold long term since there was at least development updates with those projects. Unfortunately for me, the price of those coins keep dumping with time. Sometimes I ask myself if development updates from projects don't contribute to price spikes anymore? Well, let me keep holding some coins on my portfolio at dip for long term and see how it goes.

investing in cryptocurrency does require patience. because we don't know when coins will go down and up. when market conditions like this I choose two ways, namely investing long-term and short-term. Controlling yourself can indeed be many ways. starting from not to open the market too often or with holidays. many ways that can be done when we are under stress due to a decrease in trading or digital assets that we hold actually dropped quite large. in this condition we must remain to think clearly

Same case, usually I uninstall my apps for tracking my portfolio since the tendency is to do a panic selling to avoid occur a greater much loss but sometime in stead of lowering the loss money it is loss forever cause the tokens sold eventually pump and you miss the train again to sell it on that price cause nervous come first with you ans emotionally do things you thought its best.

selling at a low price is the same as selling a loss, and that is not a good solution. if you are a market player, you will know how to survive or take advantage of the market in any condition.

I am more of a long term holder, and I have converted most of my altcoins and tokens to BTC/ETH. So all these fluctuations don't matter for me. But I am also not holding on to all of my coins. I am offloading small fractions at regular intervals (irrespective of the price). I am holding BTC for almost 6 years and my opinion is that time has come to sell at least some of my coins. I will be holding on to the vast majority, but I would say that there is nothing wrong in selling some 10-15% per year.

And from my experience, I would say that selling at a low price is not the same as selling a loss. Because you don't know about the future prices. Most of the time, you expect the prices to go up, so you are not prepared if the prices go down suddenly. And this has happened to me earlier. First in 2015, and then again in 2018. So if someone tells me that I should not be selling my coins at 8K levels, I'd tell him that a few months back the prices were around 3K and the current levels are much better when compared to that.

I feel like my patience is tested when I see there is no movement in the market. This happens also when I do not get the reward I deserve for months, it make me really sick. When it comes to my strategy, it depends on the crypto I am investing with. If I can see it as a strong currency, then I would not choose any other option, I would stick, wait and be patient on it since I have my faith on it. I understand why you consider selling loss as the same with selling in low price and that shouldn't be tolerated if you are looking for great profits. If you want to gain much, wait and make sure that your coin is good enough so it would be worth the wait.

This makes much sense, Patience goes with proper strategy, if not its baseless. For instance, if you decide to buy a coin because you think price has dumped to the core,  with zero project development and obvious  fake team , without doing research before you buy in, holding for years will be a total waste of time. Being patient in this situation doesn't worth it.
