Girona are still playing very well and Girona's consistency is still maintained so Madrid should not do things that are detrimental to their club.
Vini is still unavailable but there are still a few players who could be an option instead of forcing Jude into the striker position it would be better to force Rodrygo and Joselu even though in this case it seems that the 2 striker scheme is also a little hampering Rodrygo.
But by placing Jude back at second striker it could be a good thing because even though Modric played well but I think he is still very suitable as an attacking midfielder not a second striker.

Madrid have everything to be at the top of the table but they seems to forget that football doesn't favor just one club, other clubs wants to be at the top and to compete too. The Madrid era is coming to an end little by little, with this Girona team causing much scare for teams like Barcelona and even Madrid, I just wish they (Girona) continue with this good performance since the beginning of the season and let it not be only Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona that would be contending for the title.
Right from the beginning of the season I said it that the combination of Benzema and Vinicius Jr is very deadly but since big Benz left and Vinicius Jr went on injury break, the Madrid team hasn't been the same, let's forget the fact that Bellingham is on fire but it can't be compared to Benz and Vinicius Jr. Madrid should try as much as they can to get a proper number 9 instead of getting the man Bellingham in that number 9 position, it might be working but for how long? Girona host their biggest test of the season so far and while it may be too early to call the results and performance in that match will prove if they are or can be title contenders this season or a flash in the pan.

Real Madrid are dealing with a lot of injuries especially in central defense and there are concerns about Alaba and Rudiger after yesterday's victory over Las Palmas. For the match that just concluded we had Atletico Madrid beating Osasuna with a convincing 2-0 win.
Alot of cards given out in the final 15 minutes of the match. Red cards given out to both sides with Morata receiving his second yellow in the final 5 minutes.

Atlético Madrid however, started slowly which later caused them to have an early attempt by Osasuna which they did missed but later on atletico was able to pick up form as created a good force against osasuna which resulted in their victory against them, no less was expected of atletico as they are better when compared to osasuna.

After their scintillating performance against Real Madrid last weekend which handed them a comfortable 3:0 win  at the Civitas Metropolitan stadium, Atletico Madrid must have derived so much confidence from that win and that is why they played so much confidence against Osasuna tonight.

 I wonder how a club who is struggling like Osasuna can stand a chance at beating Atletico Madrid who defeated Real Madrid. Osasuna have found it difficult to beat the visitors at their home ground and this just adds to the tally of the list of home losses. What amazed me though was the way Osasuna seemed to have more goal attempts but none could find the net unlike Atletico who had a total of 5, 2 managing to find the net to secure an away victory and a much needed 3 points.
One way to analyze this match is to call it a bad tempered la Liga encounter and you'd all agree especially with the way the red cards were being handed out like freebies.
 But the card given to Jagoba Arrasate in the 75' was entirely unnecessary to me seeing as he felt that David Garcia's goal was unfairly ruled out. Maybe he was just upset that his team could not even score a goal and thar led to the outburst?
 Well, a great win for Atletico Madrid as this win pushes them to 5th place with 13 points.

Ancelotti changed the tactic and he made a new combination in the starting lineup. Joselu and Brahim Díaz played as starters. This looked effectively, since these players contributed scoring goals in this match. I really hope that Real Madrid can play more offensively like today, Ancelotti can't rely on Bellingham only. He must consider Joselu and Brahim Díaz as machine goals as well.

I hope that Ancelotti will admit his mistakes and take better steps instead for the upcoming matches. If we look at the tactics of Ancelotti against Atlético Madrid, then there were quite weak tactics; there were many mistakes in the defense; and there was also a lack of confidence in the attack. Omitting the club's best player since the start of the season in the person of Jude Bellingham and still got all three points from the game tells of his how good he is.
Good to see that Vinicius Jnr is back to action again after being sidelined with injury and surely his return will further strengthen the team and result going forward.

Real Madrid used the chance they had perfectly and they won the game against Las Palmas this week, while Barcelona lost the game against Majorca and they lost two points in that game, Rea lMAdrid used the chance they got from this situation and now after winning the game against Las Palmas, they are now in the second place of the La Liga table and there is one point gap between them and Barcelona at third place.

Just flying high after the comeback against Celta Vigo and taking the top spot in the table. Barcelona immediately returned to the ground during their trip to Mallorca. Welcoming Sevilla at home, Barca has an excellent opportunity to win all 3 points. Only winning 1 point against Mallorca caused Barca to drop to 3rd place on the rankings. However, the home team, Camp Nou, maintains an unbeaten record this season. Barca doesn't need to worry too much when Sevilla plays poorly this season.

I didn't watch this match, but I checked the statistical results for these two teams. It seems like the game was quite aggressive because both teams received red cards in this match. It's a shame to see Alvaro Morata getting a red card in this match, it will certainly be quite detrimental to Atletico Madrid in the upcoming match because Alvaro Morata is absent due to suspension.

So, with this result, Diego Simeone men are ranked 5th in the standings, but they have the opportunity to move up to 4th if they are able to win the match against Cadiz in the next match. Getafe couldn't capitalize on the advantages they had in this match, I mean with the superior number of players they should have been able to achieve a better result than the draw they got in this match. 45 minutes of superior numbers of players they can indeed create 2 goals, but with the advantage of the number of players also they can still concede. There is no significant change when they are outnumbered, because Bilbao can still serve with 10 people playing. I think if Bilbao hadn't lost 1 player to a red card, they could have beaten Getafe.

We saw another thing in this match. Mason Greenwood the player of Getefe is still not in a good situation there and the fans of other teams wish death for him.
He was under investigation for something when he was playing for Manchester United and they why Mason Greenwood had to leave the team. Morata was doing something useless by getting a red card while he is still needed by the club right now. I think that he shall not do that. he was doing to wasting the time which is not needed by the club. Even though osasuna's player was also getting a red card but it's actually useless effort.
Morata looked so stupid at that moment. Atletico will have easy fixtures when morata will still be suspended due to the red card. It's good for atletico madrid will still fine without him due to the easy schedule but atletico madrid will also face UCL soon.
