Girona has officially lost one of their best players, Artem Dovbyk, to Roma.



Roma has accepted to pay 30 million euros for his transfer fee. I think it is really cheap deal for a productive striker like him. A good job it is by Roma!    Abel Ruiz is Girona's new signing for the CF position now by the way. I can't say his statistics so far has been great. I hope he can be as effective as Dovbyk of course. He needs to get used to the system and work on his finishing skills at the same time.

I would like to see Girona maintaining their squad quality as much as possible to have another decent season. I know it is hard while their best players are on the radar of big teams though.

Losing Dovbyk to get Abel Ruiz is fair because both players have almost the same talent but there is something behind it all.
Girona may want to profit from selling Dovbyk and buying Abel Ruiz at a cheap price in the hope of improving Abel Ruiz's performance and then selling him again after he can have the same career as Dovbyk.
But unknowingly Girona is destroying the strength of the club itself because they have just achieved great achievements in LaLiga but have already done business selling players who clearly have great potential and make great contributions.
Maybe Girona is only giving the player a chance but the club's future will not be stable and they will lose their dream of winning the LaLiga title.

The coach may hope that Rudiger will be able to teach young players lessons in training sessions so that their mentality and performance will improve when facing official matches, but no coach wants his players to get injured in training sessions because it will only harm them later, as players which are experienced, of course Rudiger must be able to show his best performance during training and in official matches, but what Rudiger did to Arda Guller was actually very excessive, I think the violation committed by Rudiger would only arda guller shock and afraid because after all that blow could have made Arda Guller was absent for quite a long time, Rudiger should have realized that this blow could end a football player career so far, so he shouldn't have done it especially just in a training session.

I think Antonio Rüdiger tried to build up strong mentality for young players after huge pressure for Endrick and Arda Guler at pre season training although has potential make some players get injury. Maybe Antonio Rüdiger have decreasing intention pressure for young players at training center although its more helpful for them when the hue intention matches.

Carlo Ancelotti won't loss his players with injury on training center after last announced the market transfer activities for Real Madrid in winter transfer window have been over and not any sign yet.
Must be efficient for Madrid after not signing any new players and protect them not get injury on pre season match, they will have UEFA Super Cup final match in the middle week although still has several pre season matches left but Ancelotti won't to get his players with injury.

It's quite a shame that Girona released Artem Dovbyk for only 30 million euros and I think Girona could get 35 million to 40 million euros if they don't rush into taking the deal. It seems that Girona wants to speculate with the fresh funds. They didn't just let Artem Dovbyk go in the hope of getting a replacement at a fairly cheap price but they also hoped that the new signing could do what Dovbyk did. On the other hand, it could be a blunder because they could end up performing badly next season.

After they qualified for the Champions League last season, I thought that they would maintain their main squad to face the competition next season, but it turns out that one by one their mainstay players left for other teams, Artem Dovbyk, Alex Garcia, Gabri Martinez, Callens and also Pau Victor is a player who has left this season for another team and most of them are actually the main players who helped Girona end the season in third place in La Liga last season, Girona failed to retain their main players even though currently there are many players who coming but it looks like it will be difficult for us to see Girona again being able to challenge Madrid and Barcelona next season, losing Artem Dovbyk is a big loss for Girona because they only got 30 million euros from the sale of  La Liga top scorer last season, with Artem Dovbyk appearance and achievements last season, then I also think Girona will get a lot of money but the 27 million euro profit they get is clearly a very small value considering him abilities last season.
