The Laliga isn't has important as the Champions League so anything can still happen tomorrow. Ancelotti still has fresh memories of how difficult it was to eliminate Man City in the semi-finals last season and here they are again having similar fixture this season so it might just be a casual game for Madrid and the outcome determined by how Almeria responds to their casual game style.

I don't think that Real will save energy in tomorrow's game - what's the point if the game with City is only in 2 weeks? I think there will be a big win for Real Madrid tomorrow and I'm going to bet with a -1 handicap. I made a similar bet in the game with Girona and lost, but I don't think there will be such unpleasant surprises 2 times in a row.

I think the only thing that's not cool about Real Madrid this season is the fact that they've invested more energy in the UEFA Champions League than the domestic Spanish La Liga competition and I said it is not a very wise idea because there's no certainty that they're gonna win the European Cup this season as they'll even face the strongest team in the competition this season in the semi finals.
If Madrid fails to win the Champions League and probably ends the season with his the Copa Del Rey, then this season is not gonna be counted as good season for the trophy laden club

It's not easy for Madrid to have a good season this season. By relying on a squad that is more dominated by old faces, it is very difficult for Ancelotti to focus on all competitions. I think Madrid have thought realistically so they are no longer too focused on La Liga. But you can see how Madrid struggles in the Copa del Rey, they fight it out to get a ticket to the final and of course they want to win the trophy. Likewise in the Champions League, even though it is tough, they still have a chance to defend their title, so it is only natural that Ancelotti instructed his troops to focus more on the most prestigious tournament in Europe.

I think Xavi doesn't need to sign Messi, he must prioritize for young players. If he wants to sign top strikers, he is better to sign young strikers like Osimhen.

If Xavi signs Messi, it is probably because he believes in him. And if Messi returns to FCB, I wouldn't say it's because he is to win the UEFA champions league for them. Barcelona is Messi's home. I can recall that Messi shared tears when he departed FC Barcelona, and that wasn't his free will decision.  Messi left Barca because of financial challenges as of then and it will be a good decision if Messi returns to Barcelona. We all know that Messi is not doing well in PSG and is yet to extend the contract, there is nothing bad in him choosing Barca as his next destination.

I think that the return of Messi is impossible for several reasons - the first is financial. Barcelona is in a financial crisis and will never be able to pay Messi a salary comparable to what he can get elsewhere. The second is his level of play, because of his age he does not match the level of a top club (which Barcelona claims). Third is the image - Messi left Barcelona not at his peak, but at least still a good player. A return and a couple of years of incoherent play could destroy this "legacy". It would be extremely unwise to do so in his place.
