The main target of the season has been achieved by Barcelona football club. Every other arrangement you are talking about is secondary and might not be  what bothers the Barcelona coach for now.
Whether Lewandowski is being helped to be the highest goal scorer or not. Whether the second 11 is being played, or not, it's not a big deal to me. Besides Lewandowski is leading Benzema with four goals. And in as much as he will play the remaining matches, I do not see Benzema overtaking him anytime. It is all good for Barcelona. They should prepare for next season, in order to be successful in the European football.

Next season is what Barcelona's focus would be as they have won the Laliga title. What will be in Xavi's mind is to think of what to be done in the team to make it look stronger next season. Is it to sign new players or not or to continue with players that Barcelona has already? So Lewandowski being the top scorer of the Laliga league is okay but that's a secondary thing that they are bothered about as you said.

It looks like Xavi will make new rules or strategies in the coming season and of course new players will be recruited to strengthen Barcelona's performance.
Because it seems that some Barcelona players are not very active and must immediately recruit new players to be stronger in the coming season.
But replacing only players who are not very active and retaining the core players, I think is much better.

They were in a very bad situation at the beginning of the season and now it's not so bad because they won the league. What would have been a disaster would have been to finish this season without winning a single title, but that's not what happened.

I was expecting to see Real Madrid winning the La Liga title to in this season because compared to Barcelona they had a much better situation and they had a better coach like Ancelotti.

That's what I thought, and if you remember, at the beginning of the league, Real Madrid started at the top and Barcelona stumbled, but in the end the blaugrana managed to turn the league around and win it.

Girona vs Villarreal

If we see based on the recent performance between these teams i can see they have equal records that from 10 latest matches they were only lose twice and this is very impressive especially for mediocre team such as Girona and both teams have same mission to playing at european competitions especially Girona because it could be good achievement if they can able to retain their spot and finish in 7th place at the end of season

I have to say both teams will starting this match with not full of squad because for Villarreal i saw 4 players who got injured besides that Villarreal will losing some of important players such as Pau Torres and Dani Parejo because of card accumulation and for Girona their holding midfielder Oriol Romeu will be unable to play because of suspension and i think this will have any affect for their game today because Romeu is one of their key player and almost be played regularly

I can see Villarreal is the favourite because based on the meetings statistics Villarreal has won 4 times streak from Girona but Girona also cannot be underestimate because they have successfully to improve their performance and after seeing the condition from both teams i think draw is fair result for them and this option has high odds @3.40

Real madrid just need to focus about how to defend its place right now. In my opinion that if real madrid must need to rebuild its team again. People shall not have relied to the old players. Ancelotti is very selfish thinks his squad would able to win everything.
Benzema is old now. Madrid needs to find a successor for him. It's caused by how important the young player for the future of team. It will be so difficult if madrid has not yet been starting to build it.

Certainly a coach will evaluate for better changes to wade through the next season, Xavi Hernandez is no exception. He was considered successful this season because he managed to lead Barcelona to win La Liga, I probably won't speculate further about their failure in the Champions League, and in the European League.
They've shown their best in La Liga, that's fairly fast for a coach who hasn't even had 2 seasons at Barcelona. However it has quenched their thirst after several unsuccessful seasons in La Liga.

I think the point of the OP saying that the coach is inexperienced is because he hasn't been around long and only managed 1 team so he became a coach and directly took over Barcelona. He joined Al Sadd in 2019 as a coach and in 2021 he was immediately entrusted with taking over his former team while still a player. Of course it was a short time to directly handle a big team like Barcelona which at that time was in a bad condition too. How many people questioned Barcelona's decision because they thought they were taking a big risk by entrusting Barcelona to a coach with minimal experience as a coach.

Xavi has been with Barcelona for a long time. And so he is familiar with this team. I would say this is why Xavi has been successful as a Barcelona coach. When Koemna was the coach of Barcelona, Barcelona was a team that was almost in chaos. Slowly Xavi stabilized this team. And now Barcelona is a strong team. Barcelona won the La Liga title this season. It is expected that the Barcelona team will play to win both Champions League and La Liga titles next season. Xavi will be able to strengthen this team.

For Xavi to have won the supercopa de españa and the Laliga title should be satisfactory to every true fan of Barcelona. It is not easy coming from a less competitive league like Qatar to Laliga and making such progress. I believe if Xavi  comes back next season he will know better how to manage his team for next season competitions. Xavi in next season CL will be a big threat to all teams irrespective of the league the will come from. With Xavi's achievement this season it will be unfair to call him inexperienced.

It is highly probable that this match has the potential to end in a draw. as you said, if we refer to the condition of the two teams, both Girona and Villareal are experiencing unpleasant conditions. considering, both teams have several players absent due to injury as well as several other players suspended due to red cards. the question is, will these two teams score goals. but if you refer to the available odds, it looks like there will be a lot of goals from both teams. now, we refer to the predicted line-up of these two teams.

for Girona, I'm actually not too sure but it looks like they will use a 4-1-4-1 pattern. while Villareal, they will use a 4-2-3-1 pattern. referring to the statistics of the two teams, there is not much difference in the last 5 matches of these two teams. Both teams won 3 wins, 1 draw, 1 loss. but what made the difference, Girona got a draw in the last game. while Villarreal, toppled Athletic with a landslide score. in this match, the advantage for Girona who played as the home team. but to subvert Villarreal, is not an easy job.

Well, referring to what you said, betting on a draw is the ideal option if we refer to the current condition of the two teams. but my guess is Villarreal will be able to overthrow the home team. So, I will take the option to bet on Villarreal in this match with odds @2.48. worst case scenario, this fight will end in a draw as you predicted. however, in this fight I prefer to take risks.

Their squad from that of last season yes their is no much different,  but you shouldn't expect the same result.  Players get weak due to injuries or age, Real Madrid performance this season is not bad but it is not up to the standard of last season,  I think their players are weak .

Real Madrid have decided to move on with Kroos and Modric for one more season you know. After this decision I wonder if they both will still be in the starting eleven in most of their games. Or maybe Real Madrid will decide to play with the youngsters they have brought here more often. Because in my opinion it would be the best for Real Madrid to give the most chances to the young ones.

There are really skilled midfielders like Tchouameni and Camavinga. They can both do a really great job together. Kroos and Modric can still be preferred depending on the performances of those youngsters of course.

I will not also regard Xavi Hernandez as an inexperienced coach. He had had some coaching experiences though in lower divisions before he handled Barcelona. But this is said so easily that he has not done so well in the European competitions. He isn't coaching Getafe, he is coaching FC Barcelona. Sorry but even if he wins La Liga ten years in a row, that is not enough for a club like Barcelona when they don't win anything else or don't make it very far in other competitions.

When Zidane came to the first team of Real Madrid, he only coached Real Madrid Castilla before that and immediately won the Champions League three years in a row. There was also a lot of luck, but still. It doesn't hold true to just say that Xavi had no big experience. Zidane didn't have that either. Barcelona is playing a good season in La Liga, but next year things will be differently when Real Madrid returns to normal in La Liga as well.

The stability in Valldolid is quite bad, seen from the way they play, always lose the ball in the operation, and if they play for a long time like confusion, as evidenced in the last five matches that make them always lose, Sunday continues to run and they perform worse, Paulo Pzzolano must put more pressure and motivation to the players also change the strategy that has not been running both in the utilization of their troops, this needs to be done as soon as possible, otherwise they will get worse and lower in the standings.

It looks like Cadiz did a good job and they deserved the win at home in the game against Valladolid. Even Cadiz had received a penalty in the first half but Alcarez failed to execute the kick and fortunately in the second half Cadiz started to excel through two goals scored by Bongonda.

Valladolid played with 10 players in the 80th minute because one of Hongla's players received a red card for committing a violent foul. Now Cadiz is in a fairly safe position from the relegation zone but they can't relax too much and next week they have to target victory again considering the distance from their competitors is so thin 1 to 3 points in the standings.

Yes, Girona are performing well and I think they play better than Villarreal. Nobody wants a draw, both teams need a win. But at the end of the second half Girona have more chances. I think they can win.

Next season should be a time to rebuild and rejuvenate the Real Madrid team. Most of the players are aging which will make them underperform. These old players shouldn't be allowed to play consistently because younger players should be allowed to feature. Even players like Karim Benzema, David Alaba, Antonio Rudiger, etc are not totally fit. Younger players that have been kept on the bench and others that will be signed should be allowed to play games, maybe as substitute until they become more experience. The coach can ration these players in different competitions. If nothing is done to reshape the Real team, the club might go through some challenges in the nearest future.
