It looks like Barcelona have lost a lot of concentration after they won the La Liga title recently. In fact betting on Barcelona's win in the last few matches is very risky because I think they are no longer as serious as before in the remaining matches of the season. At this time Barcelona had conceded an own goal by Andreas Christensen at the start of the first half, but Barcelona dominated the game.

They seem like a very good team in terms of attack but quite bad in finishing in this competition.

Sometimes I wonder why things don't seem to work out just the way it was planned...my imaginations normally lead me to understanding that - apparently, players do train well under a good orientation - just that some things were meant to be just the way it is.
Xavi shouldn't be giving up by this time when he knows he's only got a limited time to make his team the best... Most other times, I think he should also try making use of other formations and strategies. Valladolid has really been pressing on since FIRST half and I feel barca could have a chance, who knows?

Barcelona were the same in terms of controlling the ball at a huge percentage. But the difference was that they weren't effective as for finishing. But this doesn't matter for me at all so I wouldn't have been surprised if they conceded 5 goals instead. Because they had no goal to achieve and this was one of the matches they played for nothing.

Valladolid were really good at creating counter-attacks against their opponent here. For example their 3rd goal came just like that after a through ball. Barcelona defense wasn't very tight which helped them a lot. No matter what winning against the champion team should be a huge motivation source for Valladolid to stay in the La Liga.

By the way I appreciated Lewandowski's goal very much as well because his angle was really bad actually.

Agree with you that Barcelona didn't take this match with Valladolid very seriously but losing a 3:1 to a team like Valladolid is not a good team for a team like Barcelona who's the champions already because it will affect their record on the league already even though they have won it. About the goal that was score by Lewan, it's surely a great thing for him because he added to his number of goals and he's going to win double in his first season wieh Barcelona winning the league and becoming the highest goal scorer is indeed an individual achievement thst is worth it so I think he's goal really means a lot to him even though Barcelona lost the game and to Valladolid, I think they needed the winning more to see them escape the relegation zone and winning Barcelona has seen them move to 17th in the table I believe they are hoping to move out of relegation if they get a win in their next match.

However, Lewandowski was able to take advantage of these last two matches to add to his coffers of goals because in the previous game he scored 1 goal and in today match he again scored 1 goal which made him collect 23 goals and become the provisional top scorer.

The final result will not be something that Barcelona players regret enough because indeed they are not aiming for more wins. So, the remaining two matches, Barcelona will face Mallorca and Celta, and I don't think Barcelona will aim for victory in these two matches.

I won't say they don't care any more, but they just don't care as much as they used to. They've been on their nerves all season long, working day in, day out to win the league, now they have, they just want to blow some steam.
It's obvious from the way they line up. They even want Pedri not to take part in any match again till the end of the season.
Barcelona should be winning these kind of matches with any line up, but they obviously lack the drive to win.
Players like Roberto, Garcia, Kessie, Ferran should be sold this summer and better replacement should be added if they are willing to compete next season.

It is fair enough for Vinicius and even he reacted to Valencia player, his reaction is not too violent. It is violent but not extremely so with racist activity against Vinicius and some unfair decisions of referee before that moment, the reversal of his red card is a good decision from La Liga.

I really do not understand this. Juventus is facing a 25 points reduction in the whole season for some things that a lot of people don't even understand. But when it comes to some social contract that everyone understands and there is literally hate crime being done to a certain racial group it is only a penalty of playing without fans for 5 matches! Like really?

I can guarantee that if 20 points are taken away from them right now the fans will never even dare to say something like that in a stadium. And seven people have been arrested. 7?? The whole stadium was shouting racial slurs,,  .

But it's always good to play at home, it's for all teams, valladolid was very strong at home.
