With the current squad of Real Madrid, I think it'll be very difficult to stop them from conquering the whole Spanish football when the new season kicks off.
Barcelona I know wouldn't be a pushover but because of their less activeness in the summer transfer market, it'll be Real stands a better chance ahead of them and that I think will play a major role when the new season finally kicks off. It is reported that Carlo Ancelotti will leave the Madrid next at the end of next season and it'll be great honour to now out with a major trophy

It would be very hard, but it wouldn't be impossible. They added Jude, which is great, but they lost Benzema as well. Considering that last year they ended up not winning the title, adding Jude without Benzema doesn't really make them all that much better. They should have won last year as well because they had a great roster but they failed to do it, so there is a reason to say that they may end up failing again.

I am not saying they will, all I am saying is that the potential is there. This is why it's quite important to make sure that they are playing the best they can. When they do not care, they end up losing and last year that happened, they just felt like they were too good and we have seen the result of that.

We don't doubt xavi performance in building Barcelona because he has proven to be a successful coach after bringing Barcelona to win Laliga. If we go see every decision of Xavi, it is certain that he acted well even when he sold Aubameyang to Chelsea, which at that time Aubameyang was able to appear neatly but that decision was the right one which is conducted Xavi. Lewandowski has indeed become a core player in the depth of the Barcelona squad because he was able to make a big contribution in his first season with Barcelona.

We also want to see Barcelona being able to provide strong competition in the champions league next season, because since being left by Pep Guadiola, Barcelona has looked weak in the Champions league. Ansu Fati is a player who plays on the left wing, but Fati can also play as a center forward when Lewandowski is absent. Ferran could also be put in that position, but I'd prefer Fati to be given more chances. Xavi needs to adapt his attackers to get enough minutes. Ferran Torres and Ansu Fati didn't get it last season because Xavi preferred Dembele, Lewandowski and Raphinha as starters, but that's also because the performance of these three players was quite good.

Ansu Fati and Ferran Torres have to work extra hard to prove to their coaches that they can make a big contribution. Gavi is also often entrusted to play as a winger instead of Ferran and Ansu Fati. Next season should be different, it will be better for the competition within the team.

I actually agree with both @Docnaster and you that Real Madrid should be able to do very well in the upcoming season. There was one reason why I thought Real Madrid might actually not do as well as expected. And that was Real Madrid choosing to go with Joselu as the main striker. I thought that is going to be the weak link for Real Madrid. But after watching the goal who scored against Manchester United, I think Real Madrid might have made the right decision.

But again the match against Manchester United was a club friendly. And we all know that nobody actually cares about friendly matches that much. So it will be interesting to see him in action when the competitive games start.

But other than that the squad of Real Madrid is well balanced. In my opinion. I think we can expect better results from Real Madrid compared to the last season. Even if they are unable to win the Champions League, I think we can expect the La Liga title.

The introduction of Jude Bellingham to the Realmadrid Club would be very beneficial to the club, I mean I watch him against Manchester united and his it amazes me because I thought he might find it difficult to blend into the team but he's proved me wrong and his performance has shown that he's really a world class player and is ready for the next level of his career, playing along side Modric would cause a big threat to an opposition cause the midfield looks very balance and the striker would receive passes from different angles of the pitch, Jude is a very young and experienced lad and has alot to archive with Realmadrid, he's very good with the ball and can be utilised from different areas I won't be surprised if he scores close to 15 goals or more for  Realmadrid next season but I just hope he continues with this form he's started with a not slow down when the league starts.

 If only Realmadrid had got a very good and proven striker like oshimen that would relieve wingers and midfielder of the stress of working hard to put the ball into the next because I still don't trust joselu, he might have several goals or likely perform well but I feel he's not the rightful person that should be replacing benzema, they need a long term striker that's like Halland or Oshimen.

I always like his excuses, and I hope to hear more of them in the coming season. I didn't see the game, but even with 3 goals scored, 5 goals conceded look very unpleasant.

Yes, Xavi's excuses are my favorite part of post-match interviews. It seems that last year he only once said something like "it's my fault, wrong tactics, etc." The rest of the time he said anything and it seems even somehow about too wet grass (after watering and not because of rain) in the stadium. The upcoming season is going to be tough for Barcelona, so if Xavi hasn't matured then we'll hear those interesting excuses again 

This coach was a bit strange, and when everyone knew that he was the coach of a big team, he should have accepted the defeat against Arsenal instead of busy looking for unreasonable excuses. Xavi is a good coach but I agree with you that he hasn't matured until now and the fear is that more people will come to hate him. I think accepting defeat is something that must be shown as a strong mentality for a team and especially as a person in charge on the field, Xavi must show more professionalism than having to provoke everyone's anger.

The fact is that releasing Aubameyang is to reduce the burden that Barcelona bears, colliding with financial problems, Barcelona must take steps in the interests of the club. Talking about Lewandowski, no one doubts that his presence with La Blaugrana, he is even able to answer the wishes of the club and Barcelona supporters. although in fact, Lewandowski did not get a service that was too satisfying. as a result, he was only able to contribute 23 goals in La Liga. There's this bragging right that comes with the classico. They never want to lose to each other, no matter the circumstances. The rivalry is so strong that neither of these teams ever settles for a draw.

Sure. Although it is a friendly match, it will be a tight match because it is an El Classico. I believe Real Madrid and Barcelona will try their best to win the match, the wining will be a big motivation to the whole players before they begin the new season. It is always a matter of pride to win El Classico. So, it will be an interesting match for sure.

I think Real won't feel the absence of Benzema too much. They have a great player in attack, Vinicius, he's doing a great job. As for Barcelona, I think 5-3 is not the best result. Yes, they scored a lot, but they also conceded a lot, which shows their carelessness, so I'm more inclined to a draw in El Clasico, or a win for Real, but most likely a minimal one

In retrospect it is often easier to argue against or for a case with all the new information one has, but I do understand that Barcelona took this measure and wants to renew their striker line step by step.

There are still 2 friendly matches that Madrid will do and the day after tomorrow is an interesting friendly match because this is El Clasico.

I completely agree that Lewandowski was one of the best signings for Barcelona last season, even though I was in a rival team. Lewandowski has become the best striker in La Liga in just one season, which is a great achievement for an aging striker like him. Benzema and La Liga have to admit his prowess, he was the top scorer of La Liga last season.

But as for next season, I hope Lewandowski will never be the same again. He can still be expected to score goals, but he can't hold that record much longer without being substituted. Next season we no longer have Benzema, but other players should be able to replace him to compete on the top scorer board.

Really, wouldn't it be the other way around? This is because several players such as Benzema, Asensio, Busquets and Jordi Alba have not been seen in the EL Classico duels this season. They is the people who play a role in make EL Clasico more competitive and exciting in previous seasons, while there has not been seen a replacement that has the same potential or is close to the players I mention earlier.

I think EL Classico will still be exciting next season even though some of the players you mentioned are no longer in La Liga, because fans of both teams or those who really like EL Classico will definitely still have a lot next season so the excitement might still be seen though it is also true that some of the players you mentioned need to be replaced in La Liga who can at least be a bit equal to them in order to keep EL Classico tense and fierce.

The meeting of these two big clubs will always be interesting, although for some people there is something missing, because the players we used to see in the match are no longer there and are now dominated by new players. And the most lost is when Real Madrid must be left behind CR7 and Barcelona lost LM10, of course these 2 players are the 2 players who get the most attention in their El Clasicco era.

I completely agree that Lewandowski was one of the best signings for Barcelona last season, even though I was in a rival team. Lewandowski has become the best striker in La Liga in just one season, which is a great achievement for an aging striker like him. Robert Lewandowski will soon be 35 years old and well as he gets older maybe his performance will also decrease. Because age still can't lie to the stamina of the players. We can see a decline in the performance of great players like CR7, Messi and Benzema as they get older. And Benzema is now going to an Arab club (Al-Ittihad) because he may realize that he is no longer young and it will be difficult for him to compete with young players who can still continue to improve from season to season. Like at Real Madrid last season, Benzema hasn't played much due to injury but a young player like Vinicius jr can replace him well.

I think so with Robert Lewandowski maybe this season he won't be as good as last season either. But if the 34-year-old player can consistently show his loyalty in Barcelona's attack then I will really appreciate it.

Benzema would have been the closest, but even Benzema could not. With the way Barcelona are setting up their team, they're going to be a team that will score goals next season and Lewandoski will be like the arrowhead of that project.
Last season injuries of Barcelona's most creative players of Barcelona got injured and that was the reason for a period they had trouble scoring goals. But now they have players like Gundugan to add to that and they're still trying to get more creative midfielders.

I would also hope to see Lewandowski recovering to his usual performance by the beginning of this season. Because I don't believe his performance was just at the level to meet the expectations exactly. He struggled to score goals in critical games in the Champions League especially. This is a problem for Barcelona obviously.

Because the expectations will get bigger in the Champions League this season. They will need to be expected to get past the group stage successfully this time. Not only Lewandowski of course. They need to improve the team effort as a whole.
