I do not think he will be missed, Real Madrid are very good at recruiting young players that are capable of filling the shoes of the top old players that have left the club. Many old players need to start retiring so the young players can get more playing minutes and entertain us since they are still fresh and will be looking to impress the fans and create a name too. Yes, that’s exactly what I think. And honestly, there is no reason for Real Madrid to actually care about the La Liga matches anymore. They have already been able to win the La Liga title. Even if they had lost the match, I do not think it was going to be a big deal for them. Real Madrid are not saddened by that result and I don’t see why people will use that to judge what their champions league finals outcome is going to look like. They’ve come a long way and have successfully won the league title and also looking to win the champions league finals to add to their list of trophies for this season. They’ve played the game well deserving for that match, they better not lose their main players in a match that the trophy has already been secured to a match that they need to play another one last game to secure it.

Real Madrid's new rotation is so good that even if they don't make any new signings in the midfield, they will carry on the new season with this squad. Many players will not get enough playing time due to the size of the squad. I wonder how they will engineer the squad, they might have to send some players out on loan as well.

I really love how Real Madrid squad is currently and even when they are losing their great players to retirement and old age, the young players that will replace them are already big names in the club and their performance have been very encouraging too. They made sure those players learned from them before they reached the time of retirement and that’s one good thing to learn practically than in theory. They won’t miss their absence too much as this young players have grown strong and tactical to replace them now. They can now have more playing time and show their best in the pitch now.
