It would be nice if Xavi comes to Premier league to,he really tried his best for Barcelona, especially this season that he brought them back into the Champions league again, because they were down on the table,but later struggle to get to second on the table.
I thought he was going to remain at the club for so long,but it's sad that he left,and Barcelona are going to really miss him because he brought them this far,brought back the culture of Barcelona,and carried it on till he won the Lalliga tittle with them last season.

Barcelona relieved Xavi Hernandez from his managerial role and got him replaced with Hansi Flick who's also one of the best coaches in the world of European football. Hansi Flick knows exactly how to improve Barcelona to become one of the fiercest club in La Liga next season. Xavi Hernandez coming to the English Premier League to do what exactly? Coaching? I don't think he's competent to become rivals with Pep Guardiola and other experienced coaches. We know he's Spaniard and mode of communication would become a challenge for him towards his players.

Xavi Hernandez left Barcelona according to his wishes several months ago, although there was news that he had cancel his intention to leave Barcelona, but in the end that happened.
He shouldn't have any difficulty finding a club to continue his coaching career, maybe he can accept an offer from an English club if there is one, because several clubs in England have not yet confirmed their new coach or maybe he can join Serie A.
Barcelona's last match against Sevilla went according to predictions because Barca not only won the match but they also controlled the game, and this victory further increased Barcelona's dominance in H2H over Sevilla who could only occasionally beat Barca.

I read the news which said that at that time Xavi decided to leave Barcelona because of their poor performance and Xavi felt very disappointed with the club management. But in the next few matches, Barca achieved positive results and put them back in the race for the title. Even though he didn't succeed in becoming champion, I think Xavi succeeded in providing the best results for Barca by finishing in second place this season. I don't know what Laporta was thinking by firing Xavi. I heard rumors that there was a dispute between them. Xavi is a great coach and I'm sure he will be recruited by another team again in the near future.

With the top 5 already decided, Barcelona are left to either lose or win, anyway they still remain the runner up for this La Liga season.

Barcelona dealt with Sevilla and although it was an equal game in terms of both team performance, what differentiated the two sides is the win and I would have to say that I didn't expect them to win the game since they find it hard to do so to Sevilla, especially if they are the visitors. Maybe this was their way to give Xavi a befitting farewell or it's just that they needed to assure their spot in third place I don't know.
 
It's normal that in the last day of the season, goals abound and clubs who haven't been doing so well will pick up form but I guess Sevilla are just content to remain an average club. Next season will be tough, I wonder if they can be able to stand the heat.

I am also not sure this match will have a winner because I think, Sevilla also has a chance to be able to win in this match. Therefore, because I was only confident that this match will have many goals such as for example draw with a score of 2-2 or maybe ending with a score of 3-1 or maybe also 3-2. Therefore,  I chose the over 3.5 goals option but unfortunately, the match only ended with a score of 2-1 and ofcourse with that result then I lost the bet. But at least,although Barcelona is still in a situation that is not completely good, but Barcelona still shows its quality in this match to still win by beating Sevilla at Sevilla home.

That is true but don't forget that Real Madrid started the season without a true striker. It's not like they didn't have any problems, but they did an amazing job buying Bellingham. It was both a great analysis and of course some luck as you can't anticipate that a player will play like he did.

Barcelona instead decided to sign Gundogan, who is beyond doubt a good player, but nowhere near as effective as some of the best players Real Madrid has. I am also not a big fan of Lewandowski anymore. He will always be able to score a great goal as he is a former world footballer and knows how to do it, but he isn't as good as he used to be and Barcelona needs absolutely outstanding strikers for their game. Strikers who can the full 90 minutes at maximum speed.

They have been signing these players who are either old or who were not able to deliver for their former clubs. Joao Felix scores less than 1 goal every 4 games. So he is a guy who scores less than 10 goals per season if you do the math. How is that enough? Vinicius Junior scored 23 goals and gave 11 assists in 38 games. That is good! And he is always a threat whereas Joao Felix is not. The list is longer and shows that Barcelona made decisions that now fire back. A contract with a huge salary for Lewandowski although he is soon 36 years old. It was smart for Lewandowski, but not smart for Barcelona...

Sevilla did not play poorly in that game, but it was unfortunate to allow two goals against Barcelona, yet sevilla made one goal in this game.

I respect Barcelona's efforts this season to challenge for the La Liga crown alongside Real Madrid which is reaching its peak performance again. Barcelona will have a fresh face under the name Hansi flick. Barcelona's under Xavi era is coming to an end.

Hansi Flick is of course a great coach and we cannot doubt his capacity so far in coaching the club, especially Bayern Munich so far, Bayern Munich managed to become a strong team of the Hansi Flick era but we also cannot forget the depth of the squad owned by Bayern Munich at that time, Hansi Flick will certainly be a new era for Barcelona,  But will he be successful?
Of course it will be difficult for us to say, at the moment Barcelona has bad finances and Hansi Flick  tested with coaching a rich team and has many star players, so I think maybe Hansi Flick achievements in Barcelona will not be as good as Xavi achievements so far in coaching.

Atletico Madrid still has confidence in Diego Simeone, it seems they don't want to take the risk of firing him and replacing him with a new coach. I can understand that, because when they have to work with a new coach, there is definitely an adaptation process that must be gone through, and there may also be big changes according to the coach's needs. If ATM does well enough next year, then Diego would be able to say that 2023-2024 was a fluke, and he will do just fine for the long term, there isn't really anything that is a reason for him to be fired.

Luckily Barcelona can give their best performance in this match and finally you win in this gambling. We all know that Barcelona often lost in previous matches. So that experience makes you realize that you have to accept the risk of failure. Finally, Barcelona managed to give victory to its supporters from Fermín López's kick in the 59th minute, this was quite a good development for Barcelona.

That change nothing, whether they won that game or not since Barcelona will have a new manager and new strategy and eventually players will join them (for free as usual?) then they blame the coach for not winning anything (surprise!).

At least Barcelona can finish in runner up position after a series of unsatisfactory results this season and they will start next season with a new manager of course with different tactics like Cavi's, we don't know whether Barcelona's performance next season will be better or worse but if there are no changes in terms of Barca's squad, I think they still have the same strength as this but it depends on the new manager's coaching system whether it will be as good as Cavi.

Yes, they will go to La Liga 1 next season and replace the relegated clubs from La Liga 1 this season and will compete in La Liga where the competition is quite tight, only strong clubs can survive there. They have to show their best performance if they want to stay there longer and not returning to laliga 2.

I am seriously one of those people that actually think whenever a manager gets sacked or leaves his position probably because of poor management and team performance they shouldn’t rush back into getting another job. Taking a year off your job doesn’t only get you a free time with your family but also gives you the luxury to watch your tactics and back test matches that didn’t went well. You can use that period as a form of sabbatical. Xavi to me just like some younger managers rushed back into managing a club as huge as Barcelona with having a good record or probably a pattern they can boost of that they have used in the past and has worked for them.

This isn’t praising Xavi but to me he has done well with this Barcelona side who have more problems than just the one we see on the pitch. The internal struggles the club faces could create a difficult environment for even the top managers. Put this Xavi in a smaller club he would have been on the news now about been exceptional but the pressure at Barcelona is just too big for him to shoulder at this stage in his managerial career. At the end of the season, the club had to rely partially on free transfers because they were not financially buoyant, that manager took that squad and won the Spanish Super Cup against Real Madrid. That season he won the La Liga, defeating OG managers like Carlo Ancelotti and Diego Simeone with a smaller budget.
The next season was poor, based on the standard of the club because in a lot of clubs, he would have been applauded. Barcelona under Xavi finished 2nd in La Liga and got to the quarter-finals of the Champions League. What does a manager have to do to be rated?

I know Xavi is not a world-class coach, but saying he's still a beginner manager is what I do not agree with and I don't also agree that he can't handle a big project. I am equally of the same opinion as yours. Xavi should take some time to rest and analyze his performance with Barcelona over this season. Xavi has faced a lot struggles and tussle managing an elite club like Barcelona as a young manager in his managerial career, being able to navigate those top and tough management team consisted in the Barcelona club was sure going to be an hectic day for him all day. But he was able to remain firm and pushed the club to the position they hold today in the La Liga table standing.

For him to return optimally, I also suggest he takes some break and use those periods to take some more professional courses, give time to family and fly out for vacations while he builds more stamina to work stronger than now. What you cannot take from Xavi right now is his high profile already which makes him a high stake for a lot of clubs out there following the experience he has gathered while coaching over the Barcelona club this season.

Sometimes great coaches also need great players well, on the other hand, Xavi doesn't have the option to bring in some of the players he is targeting because as we know Barcelona has been experiencing a financial crisis for the last few seasons so there is no other way and Xavi has to play with the existing squad. If Xavi was given another chance with the same situation then I'm sure not much would change.

Next season Barcelona will face a more difficult challenge when Real Madrid brings in new players like Mbappe, you know with the current squad Real Madrid is the strongest team in Laliga then imagine if Mbappe was brought in it is clear that Barcelona is increasingly difficult to catch. the way to compete is that Barcelona must also bring in great players. This season Barcelona is weak in attack and defense I think this should be a concern for coaches.

It was also giving a sweet result for xavi on his last game. It was emotional game between barcelona players and xavi following the decision from laporta that sacked him as a coach. It was really disappointed result by laporta to sack him without even thinking for longterm. It was happening caused by the disagreement between him and laporta about the transfer players.

Flick will come soon as barcelona's new coach. Still hope a miracle to happen for xavi. He can go to the english premier league like what guardiola did a few years ago. He said he will back to the barcelona someday.

If he leaves now, coming back to the club is not certain for him so soon. Going for at least one year leave to at least retest his strategy and be perfect will not make Barcelona to sack their existing coach when he decides to come back and coach the team for another time. When he leaves now, his coming back won’t be going to coach Barcelona directly, he must test his strategy with younger teams and his quality and success rate will now determine whether he’ll come back if they need a replacement at that time or not.

Barcelona might have added to his poor managerial skills this season as seen by the management of the team, although i see this season as not a too bad one to want to sack him. He just win the league last season, given him more time wound have been better but they despise him to have him go get another job elsewhere. Xavi will still be wanted by many clubs after being sacked because his strategy will work well for some average teams and nit for big teams like Barcelona. He should try his luck elsewhere because i see flawless victory and success awaiting him soon.

Why should Xavi take a break as he has had two good seasons, last season he won La Liga and this season he managed to beat Girona, who had a phenomenal season, as did Real Madrid. Of course this season was worse than the previous one, mainly because of Barcelona's poor play in defense, because the team scored a lot and scored in almost every game. Transfers that made the club were not the most successful, so in general we can say that last season Xavi worked perfectly, and this season a little worse, but still a complete failure not to call.
Xavi is still quite young and can perceive new ideas and just now it is necessary to gain experience, and he will rest later, in retirement, if he wants, because the example of Ancelotti and Spalletti shows that even at the age of 60 you can become a champion coach.

Every team between Real Madrid and Barcelona will always target the title every season regardless of who the coach is. Barcelona's poor financial condition has made it difficult for Xavi to develop his team and strengthen the depth of his squad while he was coaching, but that is not a big obstacle because Xavi is actually still able to provide the best competition even though some people consider him a failure and useless.

Xavi maximized the young players he brought in from the academy, he also took advantage of the market to bring in several free players, and also had several loan players.
