Despite Barcelona is not leading in the la Liga league table, but their manager has done well to make the team to performed excellent to got to second position to drag the title with Real Madrid. I know it isn't an easy task to achieve this title while there are really competitive opponents such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and even Girona this season. Everything will depend on the support of Barcelona management because if they are not able to improve by bringing in several new players then I don't think Hansi Flick will make Barcelona rise.

No one doubts Xavi's capacity at Barcelona because looking at what he has done since entering and changing Barcelona in the Koeman era which was destroyed to the highest point and won the La Liga trophy last season it deserves appreciation, it's just that the level of appreciation shown from Barcelona and Fans and the blame that is all burdened on Xavi makes conditions even more difficult as if in this case Xavi is the most guilty for Barcelona's failure this season.

IMO, Hansi Flick's early career with Barcelona has the potential to go down a winding path due to the condition of the club. Therefore, the new coach must provide different treatment for his new club. Most likely, Flick will have to maximize the available players, including young La Masia players. So, this will provide a big challenge for Flick to formulate tactics and systems for his new team squad. Nevertheless, at least Barcelona has chosen the right coach even though they are pressured by unhealthy financial conditions. Moreover, Flick has to formulate everything if he can't get some of the newcomers he is targeting.

Let's see how this German coach handles Barcelona in the new season, especially since Hansi Flick himself reportedly admitted that coaching Barcelona is his dream. However, it is not easy for Flick to compete fiercely in La Liga. It seems that one of Barcelona's problems is that they are experiencing a serious financial crisis so that the team management is unable to provide a budget for Xavi to spend on several players.
