Girona performed well in the beginning of the last season and they almost held the number one position in the points table until the middle of the season but towards the end they could not maintain that consistency and had to finish the season in the third position of the points table. 

Expect Girona to compete this season as they did last season, making it a bit of a challenge for any team to win the La Liga title.

I don't feel pity for Girona because they didn't decide to improve their performance this season or to be consistent and that is why they are finding it difficult this season because they sold the players who was suppose to help them out in winning matches, thinking that they can go far without those players.

The reason why those three clubs which you mentioned above are the top three clubs is because the other clubs are not improving the quality of their team by getting good players that are capable of bringing success to the club. Barcelona just need to concentrate on their games no matter how bad Madrid have been since the beginning of this season, the best way to stay focused is by thinking less of your biggest rivals until you get to play against them and Madrid have a way of making it to the top of the table, it happened last season but Barcelona are still on track so they should keep it that way.
