I think that's been the story for most major leagues this season. I followed La Liga, Serie A, and Premier League and the distance between the top 4 is usually not that big, except for Liverpool who has a game in hand and 6 points I guess. It is much more entertaining for neutrals if the race is tight though, so I welcome this. I was thinking that real Madrid will win Atletico Madrid yesterday reasoning being that since they are on the top of the league table and the two teams is there back are already close to them when it comes to point and also seeing that real Madrid was at home they will use there home advantage to win the match but that was not the case, Atletico Madrid defended all through the match after scoring the first goal, and that was not a good idea they would have put more pressure on real Madrid after they scored the first goal and they may have won the match, I think the reason why they defended was because they where afraid of real Madrid, however after there first goal real Madrid started putting pressure on other to score and they managed to score one with the help of mbappe who played very well yesterday, real Madrid would have scored more if chance where created.
