Barcelona will certainly make improvements to their team considering that the matches for next season will be even more difficult. Each team will certainly try to have better performance than before so they will train harder. If Barcelona wants to win it, they have to start now and maybe there will be a change in strategy later if it is needed. Barcelona also needs to lighten their financial burden by selling some of their players so they can have better players.

Change is needed in every competition but I think Barcelona doesn't need to make changes for now because I think their squad is perfect enough to compete next season, Hansi Flick just needs to maintain what he did last season, but maybe the small shortcomings that need to be fixed are on the defense side because even though their defense is not bad sometimes the players like to make mistakes that result in defeat.

Nico's situation with Bilbao, especially with the fans, is still quite tense now and it seems that this can still be used as an option for Barcelona if they really want Nico at the Camp Nou for next season. It's just that this is also still a little complicated because we must be aware that even though they won the trophy last season and of course there were bonuses they earned but it still couldn't make their financial condition change to be fine.

I will not deny the fact that Flick did wonderful work at Barcelona and guided Barcelona to win trophies this season, but I disagree that Barcelona would have experienced a lot of progress if Flick was Barcelona's head coach longer because Barcelona was a mess in the past, and they were struggling to win their matches until Xavi came and changed Barcelona's situation. Hansi Flick was able to win the La Liga title because of Xavi's foundation at Barcelona, so we have to wait and see how Flick will perform at Barcelona in the next 2-3 seasons before we can justify that Hansi Flick would have brought a lot of progress to Barcelona if he was Barcelona's coach longer.

Based on the results Hansi Flick has given to Barcelona this season by winning trophies, that has shown little evidence that if Hansi Flick were the coach, he might have achieved more than what Xavi has achieved for Barcelona. Matteo Ruggeri is a player who has been playing in the midfield position. I honestly think that Atlético Madrid should focus on signing good attackers and start having more ambition in La Liga. Both sides want to complete this transfer, and Nico also wants to join Barcelona. But the main issue is that Athletic Bilbao believes Barcelona will not be able to finalize this transfer because of their financial problems. The main reason is that Athletic Bilbao wants Barcelona to pay the entire transfer fee in a single payment. Obviously, since Barcelona is dealing with financial difficulties, they cannot make a one time payment, and are asking to split the transfer into several installments. As for the defense, I think the main problem was the goalkeeper last season. This issue will be solved, so I believe Barcelona's defense will become even stronger.

That Article  has been around for a while probably a month or so, I’m sure I’ve seen it then and it’s just resurfacing on goal.com but tbh I get what you saying and Barcelona needs to do something about it . Imo they can keep in adding players without getting rid of some and somehow it’s affecting their financial status.. Look at Stegen now, he’s insisting on staying, plus Sczesny, Peña and Garcia 4 goal keepers.Nico is essential for the club and I’m sure they will do everything in their capability to get him..don’t know what might happen next though

I did a little bit of a digging last night, about the situation of Nico, and why Barcelona can't sign him. While they have increased their cap space by trying to be as frugal as they possibly can based on their income, they are also making insane returns and great investments as well.

At the moment, they have 800 million euro debt on their books, they are also building a new stadium that will be costing them 1.1 billion dollars in total as well. Which makes it just shy of 2 billion dollars in debt. That does sound a lot, but people will need to remember that it would be a brand new stadium, and even before that, they made 330 million in revenue income this season. This goes to show you, they will make more soon with this investment, and they are capable of getting back to profit stage.

Having a perfect squad doesn't mean more players should not be added because having a perfect performance with less injuries does not guarantee the same thing in the coming seasons that's why more players are needed to have enough squad depth when injuries come in. The high line defending might be a challenge for them because other teams would have come up with strategy to overcome it. It's not easy to maintain same performance for two seasons with same players but let's see if Hansi Flick is good enough to make it happen.

If you see the caliber of players in Barcelona you will know that they facing financial problems that is stopping them from going for top players. Nico is good player and would have helped the team achieve a lot in this new season. The performing club will always come out outshining other elite clubs, it's not called a coincidence but goo fate for these teams. Salzburg was never in competitive race to win Real Madrid so their defeats was expected and accepted by themselves. There's one main thing I've learnt about Real Madrid, they don't take chances when they spot one and make really good use of this opportunity. This club world cup is something else, very unpredictable and only the best leading clubs step forward to achieve their goal.
